We had dinner tonight at the Rome, Ga Restaurant. The Bloomin Onion was delicious as well as the salad and baked sweet potato.My husband ordered the 11 oz. Sirloin - rare andI ordered the 8 oz. Sirloin - med. well. They were both so tough we could not eat them. This is the first time we have ever been dissatisfied with our food here. The waitress was wonderful and apologized and also reported our complaint tothe manager. He sent his business card to us with a note written on it. It said “next time weWill make sure your steaks are perfect.”That was nice of him, but it would have been nicer if he had told us in person.G.Maddux

We ate at Outback located in Rome, GA 3/28/24. We were at the end of a long spring back heading back to Wisconsin. The waitress and manager at this restaurant were our favorites. We cannot say enough about the manager, Eugenia and our waitress, Sam. Service provided by both ladies was outstanding.Eugenia is a young manager with confidence, knowledge and personality that will propel her to any management position she strives for.Sam, our waitress was very friendly, attentive to our needs and went the extra mile to make sure we were satisfied with our meals.Both ladies went above and beyond our expectations. The service provided was outstanding. We appreciated all the kindness shown to us.Next year as we travel through Rome, GA again, we will be sure to stop at this Outback for another great experience. Thanks again.
The food was good it was my families first time at Outback we usually go to longhorn. 1 thing that rubbed me and my husband the wrong way was the waiter brought our receipt out mid way through our dinner as if to say hurry up. It was rude I think they need to wait till the customer ask for the check especially if it’s no one in the restaurant. Other than that everything was great for our first time trying Outback we will be back im sure.
The food here is not like it used to be. My wife & I went here for our anniversary like we used to do many years ago, my steak had no flavor, my wife ordered her steak mid well it came out well done. It's because of this we won't be back, they did comp the price of her steak. but the sub par meal was still $72. Our sever Samantha however was great so I still left her a $27 tip for a job well done.

Last time visiting this location. Server had face full of chrome piercing.Very unrofessional so we only purchased a couple ofsalad and left.

I had a very nice experience at Outback in Rome Ga from when I enter til I left. My Servicer (Samantha) was very helpful an on key with taking my order to keeping my tea glass filled. A friend smile the whole time while assisting her area. Then there was Cynthia checking an .aking sure everyone was comfortable an OK. The Manger was a real gem, I like the pride an confidence he had in running the place.
We have had nothing but good experiences with the food. The steaks have been cooked just about perfect every time! I love the prime rib which is getting harder to find at places. The servers have been great and the atmosphere has been good. The only negative has been the wait time on the food to arrive at the table. The last three visits have been over 35-40 minutes waiting after ordering and it really hasn’t been that busy. We have also experienced people that arrive after us getting there steaks and food before us. Besides that we love going here.
