I just visited this location. They got my order entirely wrong. When I called to complain the female manager told me “sorry it happens sometimes when we are slammed.” And refused a refund. I of course disputed it with my bank so no worries. Being busy is not an excuse to mess up peoples food.. However, I was the only person in the drive through; so I don’t see how she could say that is slammed. Needless to say I will never visit this location again & if you want what you pay for I’d suggest going to Turner McCall.

This location is very close and convenient. I am very satisfied with the service, the food is fresh and hot when I order. Customer service has really picked up they are friendly and efficient. The store is nice and clean and I enjoy going to visit the location now.

For the best chicken sandwich this location is quite depressing. No matter how many time I've gone with a smile on my face and always polite you always get the feeling no one wants to be there. I use to work a wendy's so I know fast food can be tuff but I always greeted everyone with a smile.
Got my 2 year old a 4piece kids nugget meal and he got chocked on a big bone in the chicken. Called the restaurant and the guy I spoke with stated he was the general manager and that it wasn’t his problem and then refused to give us his name to call customer service!!
Most definitely the best experience here in Rome! Super nice manager! Would definitely suggest this location to anyone!

The customer service is horrible,and the manager with all the rings in her face has a very nasty attitude,even after messing my order up twice. We waited a while hour for our food on top of that. We were being told chicken was being made while the employees were walking around in the kitchen area eating chicken. With that being said I will never return to this location again

This location in Rome ga is the most unprofessional, GHETTO, nasty attitude of employees I have EVER encountered! Food ALWAYS cold, not done, nasty, it’s like where did the owner find these people to work here? In a alley?!! Don’t see how they are in business.
