Stopped by on the way home from work. I placed my order and I ordered the fish sandwich meal. I was given the total and I drove around to pay. At the payment window, I was informed that they in fact didn't have the fish sandwich as advertised. I ordered the spicy chicken meal added cheese add on the sandwich and add honey mustard sauce to the meal. When I got home, there was no cheese on the chicken and no honey mustard. I was charged for a dried out chicken sandwich with no cheese.

Night time staff is just lazy & straight up doesn’t care for customers after 10 pm even if they’re open till 12 am. Each night I’ve gone it’s just gotten worse & worse so I would completely avoid that time frame unless you want to wait 20 minutes just to cancel your order because they’re too busy talking and playing on phones to provide any decent customer service much less your food.

I pulled at 10:02 pm, and I was 10:15 pm when I pulled off on 2/22 before work. I had two employees at the pick up window ask me what my order was. The five kids were in their phones, laughing, and not working. My order was very simply a large natural lemonade with 2 Jr bacon cheese burgers without lettuce add extra onions. I got to work, and it wasn't what I had. If there was a Chick Fil-A on Turner McCall, I wouldn't be going to this Wendy's due the customer service and wait time is always horrible. Two of the employees made certain to fix their food and exit for the night while cars were backed up in the drive thru or pulling out of the drive thru due to the wait time, because it takes until no cars are at the window before an order is taken.

I tried to call and report this directly to the restaurant but no one answered. My family visited 2/10 and four of six of us had a burger. The 4 who had a burger all had symptoms of food poisoning and the two who didn't have a burger were fine. I think the meat may have been the problem. I'm mostly commenting here to alert management so you can check your other meat. ❤️❤️

Waited inside for 5 minutes at the register. Multiple employees working and nobody bothered to acknowledge us. Even a simple, “I’ll be with you in one moment” would have helped. Instead, we walked out.

Some of the employees are super ghetto. The way they were acting in front of customers is NOT okay.
I just left this location ordered 2 breakfast burritos. Now I’m sketchy about any burrito I myself don’t make but I took a chance now that’s been reconfirmed why. They were not fresh at all tasted like ingredients were way past the hold time cheese wasn’t melted or anything proving the food was not hot ! So I came back asking respectfully if they could remake it fresh and I’m willing to wait. I couldn’t go in yet bc they were still closed just drive thru. About 10 min later they came back with my ‘fresh’ order, One burrito was double wrapped the other wasn’t. When I tasted it I realized it was the same food warmed up. Pure laziness on the staffs behalf serving waste with a smile. Someone could get sick from this. Wouldn’t let my dog eat it ! I didn’t think to look at their health score . Yal gotta do better seriously. I should come back and fire every last one of y’all but I don’t have time .

The new chicken wrap that they had was good, Fast food joints have a tendency to either flop on wraps or be better than expected. Wendy's have a good chicken wrap. Even though I had to wait for fresh chicken, yes I'm one of the customers that rather wait for freshly cooked food than eat something that is muh and been sitting for a while. Would I go again for another wrap from Wendy's, absolutely.The reason why I can only give a 4 star out of 5, this isn't the "lord's chicken" it is Wendy's.
Don't order with mayonnaise unless you want a full jar of that stuff on your sandwich. Yuck!!! I like mayo, but not by the spoonful
