First off, the dining room was closed at 8:13 pm on a Saturday.Second, we didn't get a frosty and 2 orders of fries on our $40 order, and my 10 count of spicy nuggets was plain, while one of my 4 count plain nuggets for my child was spicy.Finally, the nuggets were tough, the fries were cold and the drinks tasted like the syrup for the soda machines were running out.A complete nut cluster, and I will be staying away until they have new management and funding to hire competent talent.

Worst experience I have ever encountered. I order 2 simple things both messed up woman on front of me took almost 30 min to get my food and then they hand my food to car in front of me putting hands all in it giving it back to me. I'm calling health dept

This place has slowly gotten worse since the new year! As much as i pay to eat here the least they could do is give fresh food. Corporate seriously needs to visit this place asap! I am not one to leave reviews on anything but the horrible service I received from the manager was absolutely disgusting and it definitely cost them a customer.

Tried me out at breakfast time and then didn’t take my order properly… Ms Jessica the young Hispanic lady that had one a grey ish sweater and blue polo tee on (in case someone else was logged in as cashier) made it where I will not be visiting again… messing up my order then not making the sausage biscuit and egg and cheese biscuit because it’s 2 minutes after 10:30 because you stalled me at the drive through from 10:25 until 10:30 is wild and extremely poor work ethic and customer service… ps it’s hard to hear someone order while using AirPods to listen to what ever you please in the other ear bound to mess up multiple times like you did today

I tried to come inside to eat and use the bathroom this morning. But, the door was locked. So I went somewhere else. I'm glad I did because the other place was great! Wendy's just ceased to exist!
