Tried ordering Biggie Bag to be told they had no pitcher for vanilla frostyccino—whatever that meant—nor made coffee. Aside that, double stack didn’t taste good: somehow bread tasted like water despite firm, meat was bland & mustard way overdone. Spicy nuggets were overpowering which could deal with if I received my honey mustard. Asked & mentioned multiple times yet not in any bag. No straw either so fun & pretty sure I didn’t receive medium fries. WORST EXPERIENCE WITH A WENDY’S YET.

If I could rate no stars I would. Let me tell you why. 1st we waited on our mobile order for almost 20 mins in drive thru. Meanwhile some worker had the back door wide open screaming at us and smoking. We finally get to the window, our order is ALL wrong. It's like they said f it they gonna get what they get. And barely wanted to fix it. Then some guy is going to tell us what the screen said. But i got on my phone what I said. Overall this is one of the places you need to avoid while finding something to eat. Won't be back to this Wendy's. Hope it gets shut down. The absolute worst customer service I've ever seen.

First, the cashier was very helpful! We received our order and we didn’t have our nuggets and our baconator fries had no cheese, we let the cook that came to the window know and his response was “uhh we gotta drop nuggets & i don’t think we even have cheese”… he appeared to be zooted out of his MIND & was completely disassociated ? then the manager fixed the fries and nugget situation but we had to get different fries bc one of the orders was stone cold along with the first set of nuggets we received. So thank you to the manager and the cashier that fixed the mistakes & to the guy… don’t come to work high if you can’t function high

I have no idea why but, I was the only customer here and it took them 15 min to get me an order of nuggets and a large fries. Even if the food were frozen it would only take 3 min to drop them in the fryer. Get it together guys. Slow serviceFeatures: No safety measures in place.

This place has good food, the two employees here named Jeremiah and David are great and hard workers. They got the order right each time i got food here which right now has been twice, and fast service. Great asset to this company them two workers David and Jeremiah.

well just as all places these days it seems the only people they can get to work are incompetent and are unable to accomplish the simplest of tasks. ie. putting the correct amount of condiments on a hamburger ketchup should not be pouring out the sides

My wife and I decided on burgers from this location.We went through the drive thru and took our food home. To our disappointment the burgers weren't Dave's hot and juicy burgers but Dave's Luke warm,soggy, old leftover burgers.We won't be going back again! Feed it to our dogs.

Not enough employees available to run store. One of the employees had called her husband to come in although he wasn't an employee and wasn't being paid. Dining in wasn't an option because the dining room was closed. Fries had to be made again--they were cold and soggy. Asked for diet coke and was given coke!! Store looks like it needs to be shut down

Cedartown store night shift is lazy! If you go after ten they tell you they are out of things and they are really not! Last night as I pulled to the speaker, the whole crew was getting into someone's car, I believe they might've been smoking, made me wait several minutes before they even came over the speaker. I ordered, got ready to pull around and they quickly come back over the speaker to say, "Oh we don't have either" I just pulled off. Never have this problem during the day, always night shift.
