Tried Zaxby’s several times 2024 and it still disappoints. My order is never correct. The food is always cold. They need to do something about this.

had a little mishap with my order. the gm reached out and fixed it. The store was very compassionate and apologetic. i was originally not interested in ever returning but after dana and rio’s customer service i will definitely be back.

Mess up my order come back for replacement and lady is mad because i dont want to pull up or get off for my food when they are the ones that messed up she said because they were vusy yet no car behind me. After waiting 6 mins in parking lot go inside for her to be complaining about me not wanting to get off! This location has rude employees and ALWAYS gets orders wrong!

Arrived at 8p with a mobile order inside. Went and grabbed my 3 drinks and after the order was complete then did they wanna mention there out of fries. That could have been handled before we all sat down with drinks and all. Then when going back for a refill my teas as I leave. they already had put up the tea containers. Disappointed for sure. Paid $12 for 4 fingers and some toast...

My wife and I used to frequent this Zaxby's but haven't been back for a few months after the last visit left a bad taste in our mouths - figuratively and literally.We ordered 20 chicken fingers, cooked fresh, extra wet (extra sauce), in tongue-torch sauce.The first time, they gave us non-fresh fingers that had been cooked in the wrong sauce (was a sweet sauce of some kind). They weren't 'extra wet', either.The second time, they gave us non-fresh fingers, which were rather dry, albeit they had been cooked in the right sauce.We didn't bother asking again to have them provide us with freshly-cooked fingers, extra wet, in tongue-torch, as the staff was discourteous and - from what we could tell from their attitudes and how they spoke of customers in general / how to service them - didn't care to be employed there.Save your money. Save your time. Dine elsewhere.

Drive thru experience kids working there are very upbeat seem to enjoy working with one another.. Able to enjoy one another while staying busy.. Heard alot of out spoken communication about orders.. Made a online order tonight that got messed up somehow. These guys went out of their way to make it right (even though it was most likely my fault) and were very courteous in the process. Will definitely use this restaurant again.
The women's bathroom is disgusting and the changing table for a baby is disgusting if you have to change a child.it's not properly clean. the service was not good .when the food came out they let it set up there and didn't call the order number or the name. the fries was soggy also no condiments out in the front close to the soda machine or silverware .food was left on the table wasn't wipe down.whole restaurant wasn't clean

My primary problem with Zaxby's is that for the amount you pay, it doesn't seem like you get enough food. The sandwiches are small, as are the portions of fries you get. You can upsize, but in my experience this does not result in getting any more food. My wife likes the salads there, especially the Southwestern and Asian when they have it. Otherwise, my money would be better spent elsewhere. They aren't awful; they just would not be my first choice.

I ordered the grilled chicken sandwich and usually love these; however, the quality of the meat was horrible this time. The chicken was so stringy and tough that I couldn't eat it. ? I will not order it again.
