I went in there last week at 1:15 and they already had the chairs on the tables and they were cleaning the restaurant and had turned off all the monitors. When I asked the girl I thought you closed at 2 she goes we do and then just stared at me. I went up to order a sandwich and Diet Coke and then when I went to the fountain, it was out of syrup. When I told her she goes yeah we don’t have any, I asked her if she had any tea, she said no we don’t have any of that either, when I asked her if she had soda in a can, she said no, so I just ended up getting my money back and left. I just felt like they really didn’t want my business that day. I’ve been in there before and the food is good but I would avoid going in there an hour or so before they close.

I had an omelet. It was thrown together. It had entire pieces of lunchmeat (not chopped) and whole tomatoes on it which was unusual. I also ordered a matcha. I drink matcha regularly so I am very familiar with the taste. This matcha was unlike any other one I’ve had - not in a good way. The barista was nice about it. She offered me a replacement and I ended up getting a coffee instead. It was ok.

Live this place and always have a great experience until today. Person (male mid 30's) at register was more interested about what was in his phone, he struggled to keep up with the food that was coming out and people on line. This one time my food was undercooked..disappointed in this visit.

Ordered a bagel and a hashbrown bowl for takeout… when it still wasn’t ready 20 minutes after the time it was supposed to be and 40 minutes after I ordered, I asked for an update and the guy said “working on it” and I let them know they could just refund me…. So be prepared to wait indefinitely I guess.Worth mentioning that I was the only person in the restaurant waiting at the time too… I know they are processing drive thru and to go, but they seemed pretty content to let the only customer in there wait indefinitely for 2 items.

Visiting from out of state and this place is great! Highly recommend! Friendly staff and great bagels. They have a large menu and great coffee too! Hard to find a good bagel shop. Will definitely be back next visit to Roswell!

Google says close at three. Their board even said 3 but they drew through it very recently. Apparently it is 2 now. Walked in at 2:02 and they wouldn’t serve me. Change your hours on the internet.

I rarely leave reviews. Things have to be great or awful. Unfortunately this falls in the awful category. We live less than a mile away and have ordered to go here multiple times. Never once has my order been correct and it often takes 20+ minutes (after arriving) to get 1-3 toasted bagels. Bagels are fine, but service it's abysmal. As I'm standing inline, 100% of orders have been brought back because they were made wrong, incomplete or just bad. Order time 932, arrival time 940, bagel time 955. Oh, and they didn't scoop as ordered but who has time to wait anymore. Never again.

We were there On a Sunday morning at 10 am and it wasn't crowded. Service was good, coffee was delicious. The avocado toast was delicious, done right and had good flavor. The bagel was an absolute winner with a nice chew to it and toasted to perfection. Some board and card games are provided in the store which adds Some fun. Music isn't too loud so conversations can be had. Prices are a little bit higher for a bagel Cafe otherwise everything else was great !!
