The pasta and pizza here was just wonderful. I only ordered delivery, but it was still excellent, and I will definitely be eating in person soon. I got a huge portion of spaghetti carbonara, and it was amazing. The sauce was so rich and creamy, the noodles were cooked perfectly, and the bacon bits added a meaty depth of flavor. It was also served with a piece of crispy bread. I also ordered a personal Margherita pizza, and it was delicious. The crust was crispy, the sauce was tangy and vibrant, and the cheese was warm and fresh. I absolutely recommend coming here for the immense variety of pasta and pizza

This is my fiancé and I’s favorite restaurant in Northwest Atlanta. Over the past year we’ve come here a little less than 10 times and it’s always so amazing. In a world where the price of everything is high this place has great prices and even better food. Can’t say enough good things about this place!!!

Zuri, Steven, and Alison made such a memorative experience when my family and I visited on 03/23/2024. They all noted my families' allergies and they were willing to go above and beyond to prepare the food accordingly. We have never seen this amount of kindness from fast food staff, but we definitely have experience the exact opposite elsewhere. I manage a medical call center owned by one of the most prominent names in GA and I would hire each and every one of these individuals due to their expertise in customer service. You can truly know that they take pride in their work and do not produce subpar food. We live about an hour away from this location, but be encouraged to know that we plan to make this trip again and many times in the future just to taste pasta from Zuri, Steven, and Alison. Outstanding job everyone! We had the Alfedo, Mac N Cheese, and Spaghetti. You cannot go wrong with these choices. It was on the pricier side of what we are used to for a family of 5, but it was well worth the experience.

It's a fast in and out pasta place. They make their pasta from scratch which is pretty cool. You can order from a screen or go to the cashier and order. Pasta wasn't terrible but nothing different. We also got the pizza and it was okay. Definitely get the pasta over the pizza. I will say the tiramisu we got was frozen so I couldn't really enjoy it. Once you place your order they'll call you up to get your tray. If you need salt/pepper or Parmesan you have to get it by the register (wasn't a fan of that, should be at the tables already) Overall, it was an alright place to stop and get some quick Italian food.

We just loved this place! It's more than just a regular pasta joint. You can tailor the food to your preferences. Every one chose the make your own way option. I got pasta and added 6 different food items to it. This was way better than going to the Olive garden and just getting a regular order of fettuccine alfredo. The pizza and pasta that we ordered was delicious. The ordering process is very simple. You just choose your options on a tablet, pay, and then your number is called when it's ready. You can watch the staff make the food if you so choose. There is plenty of parking also.

MR says ....this is our go to place for fresh pasta MRS says .... Since they have added pizza in the menu it definitely allowed us to have a bit more variety and options. The challenge sometimes is which carb load to order. The self service ordering screen can take a while to complete and take time when others don't know what to get. Lines can quickly queue up and remember they cook made to order so plan on waiting. KID says ...one of the best places to eat pasta and eat Nutella cookie which tastes amazing. I recommend build your own pasta and get rigatoni pasta with chicken in tomato sauce and basil and garlic with Parmesan cheese.

The food was absolutely fantastic. It was clean, and the service was awesome. We tried the ravioli and fettuccine, stunning.

Passed by this place many times, finally went in tonight. I was not disappointed. Freshly made pasta, homemade sauce, huge meatballs, and garlic bread, all served promptly and piping hot. Along with plenty of free, convenient parking. What’s not to love? Fantastic, great value, family-friendly alternative to their always-packed, inaccessible Canton St. competitor. Sure, it’s walk-up counter service and the room is basic. But, when ambience isn’t essential, this place hits the mark in every other way. 5 stars!

Vegetarian options: This place is terrific. I accidentally ordered a dish with meat sauce. They remade it for me and brought it out. Everything was great. They make their own pasta and dough. The room is plain but the prices are affordable. I highly recommend it.

The actual pasta was fresh and enjoyable. Where they miss the mark is the sauce. I’m not sure why their ratings are so high but we tried both a dish with alfredo and one with tomato sauce. Bland is an understatement. They boast homemade sauces but it doesn’t taste like it. I’ve made homemade sauce they was richer and more flavorful.

We’ve ordered take out several times and the pasta is always fresh and delicious. Today we finally ate inside for my toddler’s birthday, and it was even better. As he was eating his bowl of simple rigatoni and pomodoro he said, “I’m happy to come here!” I also cleared my plate of fettuccine with vodka sauce, spinach, and sun dried tomatoes. Simple. Fresh. Delicious. Great prices. Staff were wonderful as well!

Every visit to Atlanta feels incomplete without a stop at the American Pasta Factory, a hidden gem that has captured our hearts. The menu boasts an array of delectable dishes, but it's the Aglio e Olio and Vodka Pasta that truly steal the show – my wife's absolute favorites. Each bite is a burst of flavor, crafted with care and attention to detail that never fails to impress. And let's not forget about the Tiramisu – a divine finale to any meal, leaving our taste buds singing with delight. It's baffling to us that this restaurant remains so underrated. For us, it's become more than just a place to dine – it's a cherished tradition, a home away from home. No trip to Atlanta is complete without a visit to the American Pasta Factory, and we eagerly anticipate our next opportunity to savor its delights once again.
