They got rid of the sauce bar. You have to ask for packets now. They claimed it was due to customers wasting too much. Not sure how this was determined as customers tend to clean up after themselves near 100% of the time.

Eating lunch at Arby's - Sadly they got rid of the Arby's sauce bar! ?Had to get packages of Arby's sauce and Horsey sauce, LIMITED to 10 packages! ;-(Fries was COLD & Sandwich just warm ;-(Can't spell NAME correctly? ;-(

Did drive through: Beef&Cheddar + Mozzarella sticks; meat Very Old already hardening at edges/ cold too. Furthermore, could tell they just pulled it off onion bun and placed on sesame one. Not much cheese/ sauce left on it. Kept telling me wait on fresh mozzarella sticks as if I'd up so they wouldn't have to cook them.

I have been a customer for years and you can always see the change in staff and today the food must have been very bad. Look at who they hire in the kitchen for the hard sandwich and the potatoes, you couldn't eat everything wrong.???

They open at 9:30 am. NEVER have their food ready for guests. Asked twice for horsey sauce & didn't get it. She was more concerned getting the refund on computer then, getting my order completed. No fries, No H. Sauce & a smart attitude. NEVER go to the location again.
