The BEST ice cream place I've ever been to! So nice and a wonderful lil local place to go and have AMAZING ice cream. I WILL ALWAYS HIGHLY recommend this place. You will not regret going here! Great Customer service and the General Manager she is amazing with a sense of humor. We will most definitely be back

Is this Bruster’s better than any other ice cream place? Of course. But this location is probably the worst Brusters, they’re always out of stuff and their mint chip is definitely a different recipe here than the other locations. Am I going to stop coming here? No. Am I going to keep complaining? Probably.

Google Maps says it’s open until 11pm. It’s not. Disappointing!

I was at Bruster's in Roswell GA. I noticed was that there were three girls sitting on the freezers Indian style with their feet on the freezers!!! How nasty!!! Secondly, all three were on their phones. What ever happened to professionalism and cleanliness on the job? I will not be back.

Waffle cone was too thin. Don’t order without a cup. Also, ice cream was not as rich. Had Chocolate Raspberry Truffle - no raspberry only chocolate flakes.

I absolutely hated it. They couldn't even make a regular vanilla milkshake or ice cream. It was awful. It didn't even taste like vanilla. Very disappointing.

My bestie had spotted this Bruster's when we were out grocery shopping earlier in the day and told me how much his Dad loved their key lime pie flavor. We ended up here after dinner, but they didn't have the key lime pie on their daily menu during our visit. I was bummed because I know how much he would have enjoyed having it and I was very much looking forward to trying it. I'd like to see it on every Bruster's menu all year round.I'd never had or heard of Bruster's but apparently we have a half dozen or so in southern CA. per my latest research.I ordered their cookie dough and liked it, perfectly creamy (without that film of buttermilk on the tongue that some ice-creams can leave if they're too creamy) and just sweet enough. I plan on trying the Key Lime Pie at a location near me. I DM'd their location in LA and they have it in stock so I see another Bruster's trip in my near future. Service was great, even with a good amount of people in line in a warm Saturday evening. I'm not a big ice-cream fan, I really like about one place and one place only and they're only in 4 states but Bruster's was good.

I love the ice cream and cakes. But we had poor service the evening of 5/10/23. All customers needed to wait twice as long since a girl, who was not on a break, continued to talk to her friend (left) for 45 min while boy (right) serviced the customers. He continued to ask for help but she ignored him. Ice cream was very soft that night… I imagine because the boy was doing everything.

Just opened my sons cake and here we go. Someone tell me Bruster’s is punking me, this has got to be a joke.

Each time I’ve stopped by here the ice cream is too soft. Maybe the freezers aren’t keeping it at the right temps. I hope they get new ones. Disappointing.

Place is amazing. They make their own ice cream and you can't beat that. If you want the creamiest ice cream, just ask them what they made that day and try it.

This is for the manager/owner from someone who works in the industry - obviously Bruster's is staffed by teenagers, and that's fine, but it's important to train your staff how to speak to guests when an issue comes about, which happened to me and it was handled very poorly. I placed an online order at this location and meant to do so at the location off Trickum. No biggie, totally my fault. I called to see what my options were, because I was not about to drive to Roswell. I called at 9 and they had just closed, (submitted my order at 8:30 and they did not see the ticket until I called), I explained the situation and asked if it was possible to get a refund, she said "Oh, I don't know" I said oh..ok, well what are my options? She said "I don't know"...silence. Welp. She could have passed me to a manager, if there wasn't one there, to ask for my info so we could solve the issue the next day? Literally anything else than "I don't know". I ended up calling the next day myself for the refund, the manager helped me out, but just wanted to let the situation be known so that next time something like that happens, she or whoever else can handle the situation properly, especially if it's someone who is not going to be as understanding. 5 stars because sh*t happens

If you love compromise and settling, this place is for you! Want a banana split? Sure, but they don’t have bananas. A delicious icee? Absolutely, but they don’t have any of the ingredients. The delicious seasonal flavor so beautifully marketed on their banner? Yep, that too is out of stock! This is not a one time occurrence, but the standard at Brusters.I feel bad for the staff, but at the same time, this is a perfect training ground for learning how not to operate or lead a business.

They were out of a lot of things, customer service was bad, forgot one of my ice creams. The ice cream tasted fine tho.
