Captain D's has evolved from a fish and chips chain in the 80's into a place with many seafood options. From wild caught salmon to farm raised tilapia, both are grilled with several seasoning options(original, blackened, and lemon pepper). They have the fried shrimp, clams, and the fish they are traditionally known for, which is wild caught pollock (mild, white, flaky). They also bite have a spicy version of their batter dipped pollock. This Roswell location has been here since the 80's (updated a few times) and has recently gotten back to great service and fully staffed.

Had a sudden craving for battered fish. Everyone was nice, cashier greeted me when I came in, explained meal options & pricing for additions, and the place was spotless. The cashier wished me safe travels on my way out. She has a wonderful demeanor & superb customer service.

This location is on Jimmy Carter Blvd. I've eaten at most of the locations around the city so I know how the product should look. The product at this location leaves much to be desired. It looks different. The pieces of fish are much smaller and the batter is not crispy. I got no cracklings with my order. I don't know what is going on with at this location but I promise you, if you have eaten at any of the other locations you will notice the difference.

This particular Captain D's is better than the others. The ladies who work here are longtime employees, and they provide amazing service. The food is better here than at other locations.
