Omg this place was sooooo good but first let’s talk about the server her name is Natassia. wow she was amazing I recommend to ask for her in advance exactly if you making reservations. We didn’t have to wait for anything we needed she stayed on top of everything she is very knowledgeable when it comes to the food and drinks . she is soooo sweet and funny and I must say VERY beautiful . The food was very good and fresh I will be back this place is ?

This is a difficult review to offer one of my favorite restaurants, but I feel I owe them this feedback. I planned for an easy Friday night, one that Chicago's had provided me many times before. My guest and I ordered as soon as we were seated - Her the crab bisque and crab cakes, me the wedge salad and steak & frites with a glass of wine. Unfortunately here is how our evening went... - It took 10 minutes for my guest to get an initial glass of water, and we were told that my glass of water was on it's way. 20 minutes late we flagged a manager down to finally bring me one. - My steak itself was done nicely and to my medium rare request. Unfortunately the mushroom sauce covering it was cold, the arugula salad alongside was dry/undressed, and the frites (traditionally fresh cut potatoes and very crisp - the highlight of this dish) were frozen french fries that were limp and barely warm. Essentially 2/3 of my meal had to be left untouched. - My guest's crab cake and broccoli were very good. No issues there. - My ordered glass of wine never arrived, and I wasn't able to bring it to our server's attention until my entree was done. I ended up just asking them to remove it from my check. - I was able to share my issues with the management and provided my Amex to close my check. Unfortunately (again) my card and receipt then disappeared for over 15 minutes before I was able to sign and leave. That was very awkward to my guest, who just wanted to get out of there. - During all this time I noticed the table next to mine was going through the same thing, right down to not being able to get glasses of water. Please know that I've loved Chicago's over the years and appreciate how hard people work in this business. My review isn't focused on any individuals (my server and the manager) were very nice and the apologies were profuse. I don't know what issues may be behind tonight - maybe I was just unlucky. I wrote this to help the restaurant and so this doesn't happen repeatedly.

Needed to dine light and there are many options. Best shrimp cocktail around. Had their house steak salad. Steak was cooked perfectly and you can't go wrong with the house salad with house dressing. My husband had the mushroom soup which is always outstanding.

Everything we ordered from the Bruschetta, to the calamari’s, lamb chops, salmon, lobster, everything was so good.The bruschetta is the best I have ever had anywhereThey gave us warm croissants too. Our server was so pleasant and respectful. The ambiance was lovely too .I highly recommend this restaurant

Went here a couple days before Christmas. I’ve lived near this restaurant for years and had never been because it’s in a strip mall and next to a low end pizza place. Had appetizers, drinks and steak. Everything about this place is great. Looking forward to going back.

What a great experience we had at Chicago's! We had a retirement party with 20 attendees and it was absolutely perfect! Management was so helpful with the organization; the food was fabulous and our servers Skye and Kyle just made our party! Thank you to everyone! If you are looking for a wonderful restaurant Chicago's is your place!
We dine here often, the service is usually great, food is good especially the seafood risotto which is off menu. When we were seated, it took 20 minutes for someone to acknowledge us sitting. We were starving and ordered appetizers to get us started before the entrees came. We noticed that it took about 30 minutes and we never saw our server nor the appetizers. Our entrees were delivered and they were both wrong, we sent them back and advised them that we never received our appetizers. We waited another 15 minutes, our entrees come back and again, mine is wrong, I have to send it back a 3rd time! By this point, I am LIVID and hangry! I ask for a manager, and another waiter tells me that I am as good as it's going to get and what is the problem? I tell him that overall the experience has been terrible, my order was incorrect twice, the length of time waiting on food and acknowledgement has been lengthy and frustrating, and we never received our appetizers. He apologized and offered a free dessert. I felt like that was a tone deaf response and it infuriated me more. My husband had his food finally and was trying to wait for mine to arrive but his was getting cold. I finally received my food correctly but I was so frustrated that it wasn't enjoyable to me. The server apologized and was very sweet, but the overall experience was not good. I bring lots of friends and family here because we love it but our experience was really disappointing. Thank goodness we were not charged for the appetizers we never received and they discounted my risotto but my husband's meal/experience was affected by the slow and inadequate service as well.
