Great Chick fila with pretty good customer service. Loving the Cherry Lemonade although it would be nice if you could get refills on it. Pretty happy with their food. Would be good if they had a drink person running around checking your drink.

I explained to one of your workers, I was there the day before to pick up a 10 piece ckic bites for my patient ,and my order was cold and bread was hard ,it seems like I may have gotten a cancelation order or something but anyway, your cashier seemed very unconcerned with my problem and rushed me off haven't been back to that location since it the store in roswell ga ,down the street from my job

4/12/24 - the biscuits are often still hard :((( not sure why this is happening...and the chicken in the biscuits doesn't seem cooked enough and is kind of "yongey"? Like a tough scallop. The nuggets are fine which definitely makes me thing it's a cooking issue for the biscuit filets and unfortunately you can not order the chicken well done anymore...:((( I know it holds things up but I can't order the CFA chicken biscuits anymore. :((( We LOVE the staff though - it is ALWAYS pleasant to come here! They have the prettiest flowers in the drivethru and on the tables. Allyson does them and they are beautiful!revising 7/23/22 - think they are slipping even more, though who isn't in post-covid times :(Issues in last few months:1) they keep messing up our drivethru orders - giving us the wrong biscuits and wrong sized drinks.2) sometimes the chicken is SUPER salty & the biscuits hards3) i often run through the drivethru line to get a single drink and when i pull up, i see multiple drinks sitting there made to the side but the staff just keeps taking the bags of food being handed off and grabbing the drinks that go with the bags of food, but they aren't passing out the single drinks. e.g. I sat in line the other day for seriously 3-4 minutes up where you get your items and they just kept running food and drinks to all the cars behind me, but NO ONE looked up to see that I had been sitting there for a long time - and i have a big suv and was sitting right beside the open pass thru door...finally i said to one guy, I have been sitting here for a while for my drink and he looked for it and they had made it and it was sitting there BUT they made it wrong so they had to remake it and thus i had to wait longer. Also - 2 days ago ordered breakfast in the drivethru line food, and 2 drinks, 1 large, and they messed up the sizes and the guy said, yep, the ticket says you should get a large, so they had to swap it out. I just think they are running around haphazardly. And let me say that I love the staff - they are super nice, and friendly! Oh - I also don't think they pay enough attention when they are running the food as one girl totally cut in front of my car as I was pulling up to get my food...I even told one of the other employees that she almost got hit. The good thing is that they have tons of nice employees that are at least working - the bad thing is that they aren't paying attention when filling the orders nor delivering them. :((( I hope they get their act together and that this isn't the "new" service standard. If CFA goes down hill, then who on earth can you count on - but give my below review was from 2 years ago and it hasn't gotten any better, I have no real hope that things will change. :( I still love them though. :)PREVIOUS REVIEW FROM 2 YEARS AGO:Who doesn't know CFA? Food is pretty much consistent across the board and is loved by most. Unfortunately at the one near our home, they keep giving us hard biscuits, which is particularly annoying when you are running through the drive-thru and you can't sit there and unwrap all the biscuits to see if they are hard while in the line. Also - they have been forgetting to put napkins, straws, silverware, etc. in the drive-thru bags which used to NEVER happen ever; other places yes - CFA, never. So while I still love them, I am sad that their service is slipping. Also - sometimes the app server is down at the restaurant which is annoying too. They are super nice and polite which is always a saving grace too. :) If they get their act together in the drive-thru I will revise my review.

After coming here since it opened, they had never messed up or missed my order until now. Such a disappointed experience, don’t want to imagine how “these managers” are training their staff. How can you forget a chicken on sandwich?

After ordering from this location for many months, it’s very irritating how they’re not able to complete a simple order. My husband ordered a chicken sandwich/milkshake, large fries and a drink. Only four items, milkshake was missing. Not to mention, the fries were cold and not throughly cooked. Missing sauces for salads, no straws for drinks. As someone who has personally worked at a Chick-Fil-A, I can’t imagine the how management is training their employees, a lot of people come to have a nice hot meal and aren’t even able to enjoy it due to missing items or lack of quality of food.

Service and atmosphere are always great at these restaurants. Personally, I only give five stars to the location that have never served cold or old food. At THIS location, that has never happened to me.

I was very disappointed after spending $13.75 for a meal. It was my first time purchasing at this location. My fries were not cooked all the way, they were more like potatoes not golden and delicious as usual ?. The bread to my club was not as fresh as usual either -- which had a strange texture besides being toasted. Not fluffy with a light stake smell. I was on the go so I ate as much as I could stand.

I asked for a FRESH sandwich with NO pickles. There’s no the way Female Manager is going to justify a cold sandwich as fresh!!! Girl your customers have no reason to lie and I have no reason to want a sandwich that’s cold regardless whether I’m going to put it in the toaster oven to further cook!! But they took the old sandwich back and gave me a new hot sandwich.
