I. Love. My. CSC Team!!!!!! Seriously this location is the best. The team lead, cooks and front staff. I feel passionately about the fact this team receives tips, now. They seriously deserve it.Not only is this team extremely consistent with the quality of food and service, they’re so kind and go the extra mile.I consistently order a melt for every visit. Today, I accidentally activated my 125 point reward for a sandwich or scoop but the melt specifically wasn’t available to redeem for that special – the points expired the same day. They could have easily told me I couldn’t get the melt and all of my points would have expired.They made my order for a melt anyways!!!! They’re so cute about it too…. Photo for my sweet note. Keep in mind…. This was all in the middle of a HUGE lunch rush.Love this team and the care they put in their work despite all of the stress that comes with food service. Again, tips are SO well deserved.
How do they stay in business? Are there so many Northerners here who don't know what great chicken salad tastes like? Just stopped by bc I was hungry and in a hurry. Instant regret. First bite I got a piece of gristle...uggg lazy kitchen staff. The buffalo flavored one was terrible, the ranch one tasted like cheap off brand mayonnaise overboard with a too strong chicken flavor that makes me think it's very cheap meat they use. The idea is great, their chicken salad is not. This was my last time giving them another chance bc I love chicken salad so much. I'll keep making mine at home and doing it SO much better with higher quality ingredients.

Very disappointed when I went to this location to get the Mother’s Day special and they had closed early. Not a couple of minutes early but almost 30 minutes early. No explanation on the door just, “Closed”.
I definitely recommend going here if you like chicken salad! Our mom group decided to try it out and it’s amazing!

Someone new took my order. The broccoli salad wasn't available by 12:15 p.m. but my order was taken for it.. No lettuce or tomato on my sandwich. A run on veggies? Then, instead of applying my reward, the cashier just waved the scan gun.

Every now and then I find a piece of grizzle in my chicken salad, ruins the meal after that. I have found what appears to be pieces of stringy plastic on two occasions ( over dining there for about 4 years). And twice,recently, the broccoli salad was tasteless, missing to nice dressing they serve with it. I have not complained because they are always short staffed and don’t want to embarrass myself. But I have moved them way down the list of potential lunch spots.
