Amazing Udon noodle shop tucked away in a shopping center only serving lunch. The traditional udon was some of the best I have ever had comparable to udon in Japan. The noodles were thick, bouncy and chewy with a pleasant bite. The broth was packed with flavor and hot.The Tempura was perfectly and lightly fried not greasy at all with a mix veggies and shrimpExcited to try more items at this place like their Katsu and Modern and Cold udons

Amazing food! I had the pork belly udon, and it was fantastic. Broth was so flavorful, and the pork belly was incredibly tender. Friendly service. Will definitely be back!

First I have to say how friendly and pleasant the experience was. Excellent service and atmosphere was very relaxing and nice. Kakuni udon was our favorite of the three. Carbonara and pescatore both delicious too. Purple gyoza! Should have gotten a full order, so good! Highly recommend.

Very good udon, light tempura, juicy gyoza. What more can you ask for? Service was top notch.

This has become "my place" to have lunch. It's flawless in every respect, with high attention to cleanliness and detail. So very Japanese. Value and quality is off-scale high. Ambience perfect. I just love it.

I work close by and order takeout from here every few months. I have tried several dishes but love the udon Pescatore dish by far. It is always piping hot and fresh with really delicious flavors. The staff is super friendly as well!

Food is always consistent and tasty — plus points for being the only udon place around Roswell! Even the rice (had Chicken Katsu rice bowl is pretty dang good as well.P.S they are only open for lunch every day sans Sunday!Vegetarian options: There is veggie only tempura and noodles (both udon and soba)!

Cozy hidden Japanese udon restaurant in Roswell. At first I thought it was something like Marugame udon but it's not. They offer more than the traditional udon, but fusion dishes. Love the cold Bukkake udon in Japanese styles. This one is very refreshing and comforting especially in the summer. Cold udon just done right, cold and chewy. Pescatore is a modern fusion Italian seafood udon. Interesting but I guess it's my least favor. The homemade tomato sauce can be a little thicker and umami to bring out the flavor. Also the udon is overcooked, it became too soft and loose the al dente. Assorted tempuras are standard. I like all assorted vegetables and shrimp tempuras. Purple Kari Kari gyozas are something not so usual. Purple cabbage with ground pork, nicely wrapped and fried.

It's OK ...the location is fantastic. The restaurant is very clean.Unfortunately this place is for guests, that have no idea how the "original" taste. Very small portions and poor presentation. Simple street food sold for high $$$.Having many Japanese and S.Korean friends-I can say, I ate dishes in its original form.

***FOOD: Great Food. Tasty & Different. Soft Shell Crab-absolutely amazing, Chicken Cutlet Don (Oyako Don)- just the way I remember it when I was young juicy chicken over rice with sauce & mixed in egg major comfort food moment, zenbu-delish, purple kari kari gyoza - this was a little different for us but it was good-ok, hanjuku tomago tempura - so light and mouthwateringly good ***COST (OUT OF 4$) $ $ mains from $12-16 Ok cost***DÉCOR: wood everywhere, very japanese homey feel, accent with circle art***SERVICE: older lady server, attentive and friendly, food came out pretty fast***RECOMMEND: Would Recommend and would definitely go back if we're in the area
