Usually good, but this time was a failure. It was apparent the girl helping us was new but she needs more training. The first dish she made was shorted on ice cream because the bin was getting low and she was having a hard time scooping it out so she gave up. Then she barely mixed the ingredients up and served it with no spoon. For the second one, she barely mixed the ingredients and then spilled it all over the side of the cup trying to get it in the dish. I thought for sure she would wipe it off before handing it to me, but sadly she did not. The manager was at the counter the entire time but not paying attention to what our server was doing. I recommend they keep a better eye on new employees before they let them ruin their reputation.

Was there last night Sunday 2/4/24 and the girl with glasses was the only one there making a deluge of orders. Despite that she somehow made them all, and maintained such a high degree of composure and professionalism in a situation where most other people would have clocked out and ran out the door screaming. ? That's high quality personnel this woman is destined for great things in life. ?????

Cold Stone Creamery of Roswell is the best place for Ice Cream. Their product is always fresh, fast service friendly staff. I love their Ice cream Cakes and lots of verity of smoothie. This place did really good combination of Cold Stone Creamery Ice Cream and Planet Smoothie. Sweet for every one. and OMG they have lost of different kind of topping for ice cream to mix in.

We went in on October 26, 2023 at like 7pm. I wish I had gotten their names because the two ladies in there were EXTREMELY helpful. They were so nice, knowledgeable, and patient! My husband and I were so impressed. We’ll be back!

This is the 3rd time my order is wrong. I let it go the 1st 2 times but it's getting ridiculous. Receipt clearly states waffle CONE. Got a bowl. With no spoon. And chocolate shavings are missing. And literally the ice cream is more than half missing the love it size!! I have pictures if you woukd like. Do you just not care?

BEST place for ice cream!!! Just ask my granddaughter who wants to go EVERY day. Customer service is awesome…we walk in the door and they know our order. The ice cream is delicious and the smoothies are amazing!! Thank you Cold Stone…you are THE best!!

Ice Cream is to die for! The employee’s are super friendly especially Erin. I was given really good recommendations and decided to also buy one of their waffle bowls which complemented my ice cream. This was worth the 30 minute drive out to this location and I will be coming back again!

Don’t be like me!I always assumed this was a really small shop with limited variety. I WAS SO WRONG!! This store has even more variety than others and it’s more conveniently located. I love Cold Stone ice cream cakes and I’m so happy to see that I can get them from here from now on. Customer service is great too! So that’s a real plus in itself ????????

almost $20 for two medium ice creams in a waffle cup, inc. tip. my serving was far smaller than my friend, but what ruined the experience was the fact that the ice cream was served so soft and melting that is more resembled a shake than a scoop of ice cream. I said something and the girl working there looked rather unconcerned and said the cooler wasn't working correctly, then shrugged her shoulders and walked away. I feel this sort of product and service is normal these days, paying more and getting much less than promised. why are equipment issues the paying customers tough luck? so, if I handed them $3 and said "oh well, my bank account is low" and walked away, how would that feel to this business? like being stolen from, and ripped off... that is how I felt tonight. ironically, my friend got a big scoop that was cold and frozen and not runny like soup. the employees here should know when making these, when they are ok to give to customer. won't be back. Sadly. Not even an offer to remake it with another type that wasn't melted. Bad business. I threw it away in the trash outside moments later.
