I pulled up because they said it would take a minute to make two lattes. When I got to work I noticed mine felt very light. It was literally half full. This latte does not have whipped cream or anything on top…it was just half full after having to wait til they made it. And worse, it tasted awful. The cashier was nice, but the coffee was bad.

Ordered 4 jelly, 4 cream, 4 Boston, 4 cupid online and paid. At pickup, informed that cheerleaders had come in and taken all the jelly and cupid so forced to pick from the dregs that were left over. AFTER paying. WAS NOT REFUNDED the difference between cupid and sprinkled.All dozen donuts were stale at 930am.Paid $7.50 for two packages, 8 snack size, strips, of bacon and received 4 PIECES of bacon. One container had a single slice.Easily worst donut experience of my existence. If you as a business are going to take my funds for an order, don't sell what I've ordered paid for and replace it with yesterday's donuts.This is why people go to Krispy Kreme.

I honestly have tried and tried to give this Dunkin' the benefit of the doubt and maybe someone was new but no more. The past 4 times I have done an online order they have needed it up. Order half dozen donuts, they only out 4 in the box and never say a thing. Constantly mess up my food orders. Either just put some random item in place of what I ordered or just don't give it to me. It's gotten to the point of ridiculous how little they give a shit. Will never go back again to this location and I really hope you go out of business because your business is terrible. Stealing from the public. Useless service and terrible food prep.

Stopped in to buy two 1 lb bags of coffee beans. Sign above coffee beans says 1 lb coffee for $8.99. So I grab two bags and head for the register. Nice lady at the register rings my coffee up for $9.99 each.I step back from the register and pull my phone out to quickly check the math and sure enough, each 1lb bag of coffee beans rang up at $9.99 each.Then, someone who I thought was the manager tried to sell me on the fact that there was a special on coffee beans that were three 1lb bags for $2100. When I knew that wasn’t accurate, I kept my two bags of beans, took a picture of the sign (attached) and took out my phone calculator and showed him each bag was charged at the $9.99 price. He then told me that the “manager” will be in tomorrow morning and to keep my receipt and take it up with the “manager” tomorrow.I understand it’s only “2 bucks”, but I would stay away from this establishment. Either they are displaying inaccurate pricing to grab your extra dollars, engaging in false advertising or flat out refusing to work with their customers to help make things right by telling them to come see the “manager” the following morning?For something this small, I guess I’ll have to take my business elsewhere.

Usually have never complaints. Always quick through the drive thru and employees are nice. This morning I ordered my usual however the hash browns were cold right out the gate and the sausage egg and cheese sandwich had no sausage. I didn't take notice until I got to my work which is about 15 minutes away. A little disappointed about this experience but I know it was just a one off

This branch is always always always out of donuts. We have given them many chances and the benefit of the doubt, but they always disappoint. Not even the most basic ones. Everytime we ask, they’re out of chocolate frosted, glazed, old fashioned. The staff is not even apologetic or have a nice attitude. They are rude and slow. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
