Sandwich was disgusting for 13$? I had them remake it because she did not put any of the condiments i wanted on it so the sandwich was dry. It was remade and honestly still didn’t taste good. So disappointed because I’ve been a firehouse customer a long time and have never tasted a sandwich this bad.

I ordered the jerk chicken sub but instead I got a turkey sub & the restaurant Thank they slick putting a 1 ounce bag of chips in there to cut cost I am not satisfied & the restaurant smelled like old Indian food. Never again!!!!!!!

the food is good but we ate at the one in cumming..it cost 12 dolllars for Not Even a 6" sub!!! I don't want to hear about the times...this was a ridiculous price and we won't be eating here anymore,,.unfortunately it would be cheaper to eat at a Wendy's or Mac Donald's..very sad!!

First Let Me Say David Behind The counter Is very nice and has excellent customer service, Iam Deaf hard of hearing and didn’t know the menu to well he help me with the menu and help me figure out what i wanted , mean while his co-worker that was helping make sandwiches was rude omg he mugged me the whole time and was all around very un welcoming and his customer service was BAD. BUT 5 Starts is for DAVID HE AWESOME

The meatball sub is a favorite of mine. Parking can be tough during peak times, which is no fault of Firehouse Subs.

The food is good but the service is the worst. I order online because I only have 30 minutes for lunch. I place my order and I get a time when it is ready. I wait to go to lunch until it is pickup time. It takes me 5 minutes to get there and my order is not ready. I stand around waiting for another 5 to 10 minutes waiting for my food that should be waiting on me. I have had to go to the counter 3 times and they have not even started on my order. Cairo, GA Firehouse subs is the worst Firehouse subs I have ever been too. Do not eat at this one.

Good tastings sandwiches. Staff is usually new and inexperienced. A change in rewards app resulted in me losing 4400 points. Enough for 4 footlong sandwiches. Appeals to corporate have fallen on deaf ears. I feel robbed. I won't be back to support them stealing my points.
