I don't really eat "fast food," but I do like Firehouse. I have never been there when the food wasn't delicious, quick, and who doesn't love supporting a good case. If you like sub sandwiches, I don't think you can beat Firehouse.

Beware! On April 1, I placed an online order for 4 lunches and payment was received. I got a message that the store was closed for repairs and to cancel the order through the app (impossible after payment has been received) or call the store (number has been disconnected). I contacted Customer Service three times and got a scripted “we understand and will make sure the manager contacts you”. No word from the manager so after a week I tried to escalate it. The excuses are more ridiculous each time - we can’t make the manager do anything, we can’t be sure the store is closed (?), rest assured the “right department” is handling this. My favorite response from Customer Service at this $1 billion dollar corporation was today - “I can’t call the Mabry Village store number to verify if they’re open or closed because I’m in Canada and DON’T HAVE THE MONEY to make a call to the US. The latest suggestion was for me to drive to the store and take a picture to “prove” the store is closed and start a new case, twelve days after I started the original one. This is corporate indifference and inefficiency; no one will take responsibility and they are perfectly willing to lose a loyal customer over a relatively small amount that was 100% their fault.

I usually order on the app but didn't have time. Went in and was greeted right away by all the staff ordered our food and they got our order made real quick. I got the new pepperoni meatball sub. The medium size was only $6.00 what a deal.

These are great folks, I love firehouse. I just wish when they toast a sub it seems toasted. It doesn't. It's soft, and mushy.
This restaurant is the worst I have ever been to. I talked to one of their former employees and he was racially discriminated against and fired for asking to not be disrespected and to be treated just like everyone else on the work place. The owner Jeremy and his mother Teresa are extremely racist and often fire or don't higher people of color. This place needs a new owner and to run out of business as soon as possible

My Engineer was so full of goodness! I love that they didn't skimp on the ingredients. Turkey was overflowing out of the bread. It was very delicious!!We frequent this location weekly and they never disappoint! ?
