Good as always. Clean store. No wait when I went.

Good service, but terrible food quality: the bread on sandwiches is not fresh whatsoever, I can hardly bite it off, lettuce looks pitiful and you cannot feel the taste of the ham at all because of all the additives…….. very disappointing….

Fast service, nice people, great ham sandwich. ?Stopped by another store in this shopping center and decided to stop here for a sandwich. Both the lady who waited on me and the guy who made my sandwich were very friendly and chatty. Keep in mind there are only 3 table and they only have canned drinks - my guess is it’s much more of a grab and go location. The food was good excellent.

Went there two days before Easter to be told they ran out of ham by the pound! Seriously? When I asked if they would have any the next day, I was told “maybe but we run out all the time”. Asked if I could call before making the trip over there and was told all calls get routed to the 800 number. I have no idea who runs this store, but they need to get it together. Left there and drove to the Woodstock store where they had ham by the pound ready to go, a greeter at the door and was in and out in 5 minutes. A ham store running out of ham two days before Easter is ridiculous.

Corporate still has rule that you can’t see the hams because of covid, got home to a fatty ham

Good luck having someone answer the phone.

Eboni is the GOAT "greatest of all time" she bought me lunch when I was short on the total.. Especially with the ways things are now it's nice to have someone lookout for you when your down. If your seeing this eboni thank you for being real, we need more people like eboni!
Tried to call to make adjustments to an order. They never answer the phone. I was on the phone with corporate Honey Baked and they couldn't get the location to answer the phone either. I ended up driving there to talk to them in person and they said they turned off the phones because they kept ringing. (????)

I went into this location to buy a ham for Easter. This store is extremely small and they have placed X's on the floor only 2 ft apart that they want you to wait on. Because of covid 19 I did not feel that comfortable standing so close to the costumer in front of me. I waited by the door. The associate working the register walked within inches of my face, wearing zero protective gear and aggressively told me to move up to the X. When I told her I didn't feel comfortable because of how close it was her response was "too bad!" I turned and walked out. This location is NOT following the CDC requirements and should not be allowed to force costumers to stand where they are not comfortable or safe. Extremely disappointed.

Is Eboni the store manager? She is so unprofessional and rude. After my experience today, you’ve lost a loyal customer. As a board member of the PTSA at Roswell High School, I coordinate teacher luncheons and order catered sandwiches from this store. After today, never again. Not only have you lost my business, the high school’s business, but my family and friends.

I tried buying a ham around noon a few days before Christmas. When I approached the store, there were some 30+ people inside and outside of the store. I noticed that they were open late for the holidays, so I decided to come back later. I came back at night 30 minutes before they closed. There were only 2 people inside the store. I was able to get in and get out within minutes. The staff was very friendly and attentive. I brought a coupon, but it wouldn't work. The cashier let me use her coupon. I'll definitely be back.
