Usually, when the man is there, everyone is so friendly I walked and stood there for four minutes, kept saying hello to the lady. She looks at me. Don’t speak any English so she say all of them that work there are Spanish and their customer service are the worst. The gentleman that was in front of me they kept speaking to each other, but the gentleman didn’t get any attention. He’s just trying to order food as well if you’re gonna put them in our stores for customer service please at least make sure they speak English and have some type of etiquette. We have already been through this already with our younger generation.

I was just in here this evening for the first time. I was able to get my pretzel crust pepperoni. Employee “Alex L.” was very friendly and observed an exceptionally courteous & positive attitude while serving other patrons. Having never been here before and have such horrible experiences elsewhere… I’ll definitely return to this location. Be sure to leave a few dollars ? in the tip bin, they deserve it. I highly recommend this location!!! ??????

Asked for a slices and sticks But just fully cheese bread and the guy said he can’t do that for this location specifically just because he can’t …. I told him and showed him a picture that other locations do it and he refused our service ! Just terrible it was a grandpa looking

The manager on duty whom refuse to give his name made a mistake with my order, I brought it to his attention, and he responded that he wasn't going to remake the food or refund the money. He tell me that after I said my dissatisfaction. He tells me that he spit in my food and to Enjoy. I've never ever had this happen before.

I just spent $31 to get 2 pizzas, 2 liter and crazy bread with delivery. I received 1 pizza and hard overcooked crazy bread. When I called to speak with someone I literally got the silent treatment. This has happened more than once not getting what I ordered. Unacceptable!! I would not recommend the Holcomb Bridge Roswell location to anyone.
It would be a REALLY good idea if the last 3 times I've gone in, I didn't keep seeing staff prepping food with bare hands and not using gloves.

WORST LIL CAESARS IVE EVER BEEN TOO..GHETTOCustomer service is HORRIBLE.. I’ve went a couple of times this past week and everytime The one lady (short and black) who’s always out smoking a cigarette or in her car has waited on me she’s been rude. Today she didn’t have any Pennies. When giving back my change she didn’t apologize she just said I don’t have Pennie’s and that’s it. I grabbed my stuff and walked out. I’m sure if I came in the store and didn’t have the correct amount I wouldn’t get my food. Maybe a HELLO, THANKYOU, IM SORRY WE DONT HAVE CHANGE, HAVE A GOOD DAY IS TOO MUCH.. At least 4 times that I’ve came no one was at the front, always outside! The people would come from the back to call her from outside to take an order. When I walked in today a man was inside waiting. Then another customer came in. There was a worker in the back not paying us any attention, after a few minutes the same lady comes from outside. Each time I’ve seen her come from outside she’s never washed her hands, just came in with an attitude. DISGUSTING… The service alone makes you not want to come back and I won’t be back after my change issue.Please shut this place down definitely reporting this location

NOT FRIEND OF GIVE BAD REVIEWS, BUT CASHIER WITH A TATTO ON HER NECK WAS VERY RUDE, my coworker and I stopped by little Cesar after work, around 8:20 pm. There was a young lady at the register. my coworker order 2 pepperoni pizzas and everything seems fine I order a chesse bread and a deep dish, and this lady literally yelled at me saying: lady, I only have pepperoni and cheese pizza I’m not gonna make any other thing just because you wanted, is almost 8:30 , I’m going home at 9 and that’s it. Why don’t you people came earlier ah? You should learn how to order online and save some time.Then a young girl came in she tried to order something else, same thing happened. THATS NO THE WAY TO TALK TO COSTUMERS. pretty sure that business is going to loose a lot of costumers bc of poor service.
