I should have read the reviews! I ordered the shrimp rice noodles and was excited about trying out a new place. Walked into to pick up my food and the strong smell of stinch meet me at the door! Second chance to ditch my order, but I was crazy hungery.... I thought the lady ringing me up might have needed a douche from a slight smell, but it was my food!!!! It smelled so bad as if the shrimp was going spoiled. I tried to just give the food back since I didn't eat it, but they would not give my money back. I just left it there on the counter. STAY AWAY!

I placed an order off grub hub for this location, I was told at 1:16 they were preparing my order at 3pm i still didnt receive my order. Grub hub called the restaurant twice with no answer. I am literally sitting here starving and got NO FOOD!!!! terrible business

I changed my review because for some reason the last few times that I ordered beef or shrimp with broccoli...the quality was horrible. The shrimp almost had an aroma like ammonia like it was spoiling?! (This was on two different occasions). The beef was crunchy like it was drying out and burned but they drenched it in sauce...just horrible. But most other times the food has always tasted good, presentation cool and prices are ok. I will say that after walking into the actual establishment I haven't ordered again :-(

HORRIBLE. Ordered food for the office, they didnt put 1 of the orders down, then charged us for another delivery fee and argued with me for 5 minutes. Refused to let me speak to a manager. The company i work for often orders $100 or more in food, we will NOT be using this place ever again!

Excellent food and service. The people working there were very friendly. The chef's 8 year old son I think was trying to pick up my girlfriend, but it was cute. The food was presented well and tasted great. I normally do not do reviews, but I saw some negative ones for this place, and I wanted to tell of my good experience.
I tried this place twice. The first order (Mongolian Chicken) was meh. The second time I just got fried rice and they made it shrimp - and being takeout I didn't check until I got home (shame on me) Not cool. There are so many better places! The search continues....

We picked up a movie down the street and wanted Chinese food. Tried the Lotus Cafe based upon the location. We will be going back. Probably for take out only, but the food was very good. Family owned, and very nice people. Please check it out and support them. You will be glad you did. We are. We had the Mongolian Beef and Almond Chicken. Both were excellent as well as the soup and Egg Rolls.

This place... Oh dear. The vegetable soup I got was so so so bitter, and the won tons that came with it were burnt to a crisp. So okay, mistakes happen, but when we called them to let the manager know the kitchen is sending out inedible food and the girl who picked up the phone kept insisting that and was alone in the store and no manager was available and was just arguing with us for like fifteen minutes and then finally put someone else on the phone and he kept insisting that my boyfriend simply didn't like the taste of tofu. And it was just so rude and then when he called grubhub to complain, the restaurant told them to tell us to bring the food back, even though it was delivery and we can't take it back because we're without a car. This has been a nightmare and a waste of $30.
