Came to pick up a door dash and they where twins girls working in the store the one working in the front made a mistake and gave the wrong food and the other twin was calling her worthless and slamming stuff and the guy on the back was yelling as well ! And the girl looked so embarrassed! They don’t need to run A business ?

We’ve been riding with this place for over a year and EVERY single time we decide to give it another chance the quality of food decreases and the quality of customer service. $20 for some over fried food?? Are you kidding. Especially after they made us wait nearly 45 mins. Ridiculous. We went back to let them know how poor of a service it was and how they made the food boxes smaller. Less food, burnt food, more money? Make it make sense. Waste of money. Go a quality restaurant for good food. You won’t get it here.

Have used this cafe for several years; however, their service and customer service is now below par. My last order they dumped a carton of sauce in the bag and left out the sauce for another entree. I contacted the store and they wanted me to drive back to the store and pick up sauces. I will not use them anymore. Terrible

I went to this restaurant yesterday ordered dinners house fried rice and vegetable rice and some dumplings, I was excited for the food drove 15 minutes back home when I open the dishes from my house fried rice smelled like waist meat was horrible smell I cal them ask for my money back, I got back to the restaurant and show her the food she look at it and said was fine, the meat was white and smelly and wet at same time yuck I lost my appetite for Chinese for long time..

Decent food and super nice interaction.I stopped in for carry out dinner tonight and felt like lo mein. I was a little worried due to the reviews but my experience was very good overall. The lo mein was tasty and the portion was very good. The girl who took my order (and I think cooked my food) was very friendly. It took amount 5 minutes to get my food and be on my way.

**RUDE RUDE RUDE*** This place is involved in employing minors over the counter and are very rude. The staff, has some serious anguish against food delivery drivers who are actually helping the business make money.I was made to wait about 10 minutes on picking up an order for delivery, so I proceeded to using the toilets, as I had to. I texted the customer to inform that the food was not ready, which was true. The customer called the restaurant after a fewminutes and texted me back that the food was now ready.Hands washed with soap and ready to go, I proceed to the counter and a minor child is like ‘Hey yo yo. What is the name on the order?’ I automatically unassigned and moved on.I would never allow no body to berate or disrespect me like that. Perhaps my sixth sense, garnered through years of delivery work, did not allow me to take that order as I could sense more trouble throughout the course of delivery!!Delivery drivers, you have been warned about this place!!! BEWARE!!
