Ordered from here at 5:30 pm. App alerted me that the pizza was on its way and would arrive at 6:02. At 6:30 I called the restaurant only to be told that it was leaving the restaurant and would be another 20 minutes. It is a 7 minute drive to my house from the restaurant . All that being said the young lady I spoke to on the phone was very polite and apologetic. I still don’t have my pizza.

Beware of these Pizza Hut locations. I can’t believe a company who has good pizza barely puts sauce on their pizza! Come to find out when I called back after being unsatisfied that they use portion cups!! Tf???? Best thing anyone can do is pay at the store! Do NOT tip them through the app. Check your food before you sign that receipt! This is exactly why I barely tip them because they don’t care about people’s food!! I didn’t check my food before I signed and had I realized it…I wouldn’t have tipped anything vs the $3 they got. Terrible!!! I blame the company for not paying them enough in the first place!!!

I live close and have used this Pizza Hut many times. Last night they were very short handed and orders were getting messed up a lot and mine was one of them as I waited for my food. The lady who said she was the cook did everything she could to make things right with people and she deserves a pat on the back. I wish I knew her name but I don’t.

12/9/2023 ordered pizza at 12:15 am came to pick up 12:45 am placed order online was told they are closed when the website clearly states saturday nights open until 1 am i drove 25 mins for pick up and when i get their they start hiding and comes out after 5 mins and says they are closed “i confirmed with the manager they close at 12” no order for me after i showed my confirmed orderHorrible customer service atleast call and let the customer know the order did not go through

great, fast service, my order was correct, and they fulfilled my silly special request to draw Shrek on the box. little to say, i am extremely happy. will be keeping the box and returning when i crave The Hut(tm)

This placed used to be good not sure what happen..I ordered pizza for the first time in 4 months to receive crust thinner than paper. Seriously you can’t even hold it without it falling out your hands.

I never ordered because the Centennial Holcomb Bridge location that we've ordered from since 2001 said that they don't deliver to our house. I explained that they were the only location that we ordered from for delivery. Super annoyed.
