They don't answer the phone and if they do they let you speak and then they hung up on you. That happened to me. Poor costumer service.

HORRIBLE people here. After ordering from this location for 15 years, I was told they don’t deliver to my address and have no idea where I live (2.7 miles from their location). They could not find my number or name in the system either and when I asked her to verify the phone number she entered, I was told “the one you gave me”. When I asked for the manager I was hung up on and when I called back and got the same little wench, and asked again for the manager she said she was the manager.

Delivery order out for over 2 hours. My son drove to store to pick up pizza even though it was “out for delivery”. Store manager named Daphne was unprofessional, incompetent and altogether rude. She blatantly lied. Clearly overwhelmed. Pick another place!

Slow and RUDE. Waited over 2 hours for a pizza and had 20 total phone calls while being hung up on 3 times, told multiple times the food was out for delivery. Our son went and picked up our order that never had left. Daphne the manager has been so rude and lied on multiple occasions to us and the national customer service department about our order. There is too much to write here but worst experience we’ve ever had.

Ugh. Order was wrong. Had to wait 20 minutes for a redo. Got home. Pizza was cold. Garlic knots RAW and uncooked (literally raw dough) and chicken blah. What a waste of time, that I will never get back, and money. Pizza Hut was not on their game tonight! Never again.

Takes over 90 minutes to get a pizza delivered, and when phoned all they have to offer is that it's busy. Will be deleting my app and finding another pizza delivery go-to.

Absolutely the worst customer service. If I could give it a zero I would. After an hour of waiting for our pizza we called and a young man named chase(?) answered the phone. As we were asking questions on where our pizza was, he caught an attitude. When asked what his name was he said “bro, that's not my name”. When asked to speak to the manager he said “no”. Finally we got a “manager” named Daphne. Absolutely the worst manager might I add. She never apologized or gave us an ultimatum to make up for their mistake. She made an excuse that there was too much construction for the pizza to arrive on time. She then mentioned that our pizza had just gotten made after 45 minutes of the order. The corporation should be ASHAMED that these fools are the faces of their business.

I great place to work for free, most pizza is good to eat, the gimmick pizzas are terrible, i.e. stuffed crust because the dough gets stretched to thin, and cheesy bites because the cheese melts and runs out of the bites.

We order the same thing 95% of the time. The last three pizzas were Meat Lovers Stuff Crust And not one has ever been the same as far as the crust goes but,,, this time not only was the crust different but, the Cheese they Stuff it with was. I don't even think it was Cheese and it was Horrible! It ran out like a liquid, more like a cream base than Cheese and it was not the Mozzarella cheese that I buy the Stuff crust For!
