I don't understand how this place is so highly rated. I've tried 3 times to give them a chance, and the smoothies were terrible each time.... Like not even a little tasty. I don't get how it's possible to make a smoothie taste so bad lol. Weird.

It was good. I customized a smoothie that I typically get at smoothie king. I came here since smoothie king's customer service is trash and I will no longer be patronizing. Good to know that I can now go to Planet Smoothie.

Went in today for the first time and ordered a berry, banana, strawberry smoothie and when I saw her dump about 2 cups of ice into it, I know it was a lost cause. I paid nine dollars for an almost flavorless drink. She was very friendly, it's clean, it's nice--but the smoothies I make it home with frozen fruit and some juice and zero ice are probably five times better. I'm having a hard time finishing this--it's not good.

Service was great. Smoothie was okay; however, their protein powder is chalky and not good quality. Would not recommend a protein-filled smoothie.

It’s not inside Target like Google maps or Waze shows. Apple Maps has it right. It’s next to Chicken Salad Chick and shares space with Cold Stone Creamery.
I love Planet Smoothie because they are so much better than Smoothie King. But this at location, the smoothies aren't that good because they don't know how to make them right. They are either way to thick or way to thin. They haven't gotten it right on the first try because either they didn't put enough ice or too much. I've tried going there several times but I finally gave up.
