We walked in mid-afternoon on a Sunday to grab a quick drink. We decided to get food and its a good thing we did. We weren't there to eat, but each got soup - chicken tortilla and gumbo. Great portions for cups of soups, great flavors, filled us up. it was perfect. Service was cheerful and attentive. Atmosphere was upbeat, a good afternoon crowd. And they had the basketball game on. Really good experience, will return & recommend!

BEST RESTAURANT IN DOWNTOWN ROSWELL! The service, Food and Drinks are always excellent. My wife and I have dined here regularly (few times a month) for the last decade and we have NEVER been disappointed.

I have pretty mixed feelings, as the food was good for me, but my husband got poisoned by shrimps and for the next four days couldn’t eat anything. We definitely know that it was shrimps as my friend ordered the same dish, but without shrimps. I think it doesn't matter how good the food is if someone gets poisoned here. Also, we had a problem getting a table. We waited more than 1,5 hours, but the estimation was 30 minutes. When we arrived after 1 hour that we was added to the list, there was a free table, but the girl tried to ignore us and was rude if we asked any questions. Only when the three more tables were free we got the table. Maybe she wanted to guard against the poisoned food, who knows, but because we spent so much time waiting here, it was a matter of principle to get food in this restaurant.

Came here on Easter and it was perfect! Service was prompt and kind, food was delicious. The portions were huge! Loved sitting outside and people watching.

Rounding up to a three but here is my breakdown: Service 2.5 Drinks 2.5 Food 3 We sat outside. They had the heaters on which was nice on a windy night. Took about 10 minutes after we got our waters for the waitress to come back to take our drink and app orders. Drinks were very watery and the food runner coughed on our app/table when dropping off our app. For entrees we had the fish tacos and the Cajun pasta. The pasta was not Cajun at all, but the tacos were very filling. The shining star was the jalapeño grits and the pimento cheese fritters. Overall the food was good, not sure if I would return because of the service and then sub par drinks. Certainly not worth the price on the bill.

Went on a whim as we were in the area and found street parking on a Thursday evening. We arrived about a half hour before the kitchen closed but that was not a problem. Our server was outstanding offering some great suggestions -- we ended up with a smash burger (really good but not a traditional smash burger) and a Po'boy. Even though the kitchen was closing our server surprised us with beignets for dessert. Great atmosphere, friendly and helpful waitstaff, and really good food.

Stopped by after work for happy hour with my friend, specifically for oysters during my Oysters Series @Queenfully_EatsThe raw oysters were only $1 & they were good. Their chargrilled oysters were a different story. Pimento& Jalapeños: definitely not my favorite, the spice overpowered the oyster. Bacon, butter & parmesan: no bacon for me, just parmesan and butter, not my fav!The cream cheese, spinach & panko was the ⭐️ of THIS show. I don’t know WHO thought of adding cream cheese to an oyster, but i like it!??Parking: You can find free parking in the back by the brewery

We had an incredible dinner tonight at Roux. We had the fried green tomatos. the beef and shrimp skewers and the fish tacos. The food was DELICIOUS! We sat at the bar & the bar tender (tJ?) was so courteous!!!!! Loved our night out!!

Very fresh oysters on half shell; nice hors radish cocktail sauce. Fish tacos (grouper) were very good, with smooth, not sweet cole slaw. Cozy interior. Not many tables but long bar. Worth a visit-

Looks nice outside and inside, love the way the place is decorated. We were told to sit wherever but when we did we got asked to move somewhere else for reservations but the place never got really full on the inside. And It’s funny because maybe off rip the place had a chance at 5 stars , but being that I am a man of color I found it difficult to turn my head and not get weird stares. Mind you I casually came here to dine in with my wife on valentines. We are not sensitive people so we sat and dined any way. Great food . My wife ordered a shrimp basket and she loved it, while I ordered the steak entree. The steak came with Brussel sprouts and sweet potatoes, I am not a fan of sweet potatoes but man the flavors came together beautifully. No complaints on the food 5 stars there

With so many options in downtown Roswell, 10/10 would recommend picking Roux! The atmosphere is relaxed and allows you take in and enjoy a date night while listening to a killer playlist. The food is was also AMAZING, looks and taste! We started with the bacon parmesan chargrilled oysters that were super fresh // & the Zak’s Tacos were some of the most flavorful tacos i’ve ever had. Our drinks were refreshing and It was our first time here, but we will absolutely be back
