This is my second time eating at this restaurant and it is always very good. The food is very consistent! The customer service was top tier and the cashier was very helpful with questions when it came to certain dietary restrictions. The only thing I’d say could be better was that my partner stated that his smothered turkey wings and gravy were lukewarm and needed to be hotter. Nevertheless, we will be back again!I recommend the Fried Salmon, cabbage and fried corn. They are very flavorful!

Huge fan of this place. I generally get the fried fish today I got the smothered turkey wing only recommendation is to cook the turkey wing a little bit longer. It was cooked just not falling off the bone as it should.Food portions are good for the price. Hidden gem in Roswell, GA.

Food is always good. I ordered some for my dad he called me saying how it was sooooo good and that if there was another location in Miami (where he’s from) lol. Great food

We went there to have southern food, and let me tell you, the food was amazing. The atmosphere was ok. The bathroom wasn't flushing and never got fixed while we were there. My only complaint is the customer service. We got there, and they ignored us for at least 15 minutes. They acted like we were not there. They never said hi. The kid just stood up in front of the cashier and waited for us to speak...if you want awful customer service but amazing soul food, this is the place.

You make your order and wait an hour + to get your food and they don’t have the sides you ordered. While waiting people come in and get your side and leave. They have them when you order but give them away. No management of food and if you know on Sundays you get more orders for collards and cabbages, you would prepare more on Sundays. Common sense and yes, I am tick.

A friend brought me to this spot, and the moment you step inside, the aroma is so inviting you want to eat the bloody air—it' smelled that good! I was pretty famished after a few intense hours of pickleball, so I went for the baked BBQ chicken with mac n cheese and cabbage and shrimp with fries and greens. Your girl was hungry.Quick tip – if you're pressed for time, calling in your order might be the way to go, but they also offer daily specials with a buffet-style twist, allowing you to curate your plate from a specially crafted menu. You can dine in or takeaway. Now, onto the culinary experience. The shrimp, a good size and not overly battered, boasted robust flavors, albeit a tad saltier than my palate prefers. The mac & cheese stole the spotlight – a definite must-try - and I say this as someone who isn't typically a BBQ enthusiast. Surprisingly, the Baked BBQ Chicken was ok and held its ground, complemented by delectable muffins that left me contemplating eating more. The cabbage, sliced to perfection, delivered on taste, and while the fries were the pre-seasoned variety, I secretly wished for the comfort of home cut fries. The greens, prepared with turkey, presented a palatable surprise. While they didn't quite match the standard set by my mum's greens, they were enjoyable.Despite this, my culinary curiosity has me planning a return to explore the uncharted territory of smothered turkey legs. In conclusion, if you're in the vicinity, I highly recommend giving this eatery a visit – a culinary haven offering an array of delightful flavors that are sure to tickle your taste buds

Although the food is really good, they really should train who is going to be at the front counter.

food was decent.. portions are small. needs to work with the service. young children working the counter that you can't hear over the loud music being played ‍music first thing as you come in the door to the left !!! way too loud and unnecessary! the young lady was ok but shes soft spoken and cant be heard over the music! she put gloves on each time she handled food and i appreciate that. now if you are so "short staffed" maybe you should sell dinners like the ladies back in the day?! or pay more per hr than min wage !! and to ask a customer that is giving you a review if they want to fill out a application is disrespectful and unprofessional! good luck !

I had Southern Classic Foods cater our weekly staff engagement lunch. I took a chance booking them based on the good reviews. Let's just say, the did NOT disappoint!! The food arrived on time, it was hot, and smelled DELICIOUS! We had bbq chicken, fried chicken, macaroni and cheese, collard greens, and yams. This meal was definitely cooked with love! The staff raved over how good it was. You have gained new fans! We'll see you again soon.

I go here at least 2 times a month (to go) for a few years now. The food is ALWAYS ON POINT. I usually order the Fried Chicken with Mac&Cheese, along with green beans or greens. The best part about this place is the food is always consistently good. The employees are always fairly friendly as well.Parking: Plenty of close spots.Wheelchair accessibility: There is a ramp nearby.

Large portions of comfort food. I ordered fried chicken wings with a side of mashed potatoes and gravy and macaroni and cheese. My order was cooked to order and I had a wait of 15ish minutes. The hot chicken was seasoned well and worth the wait... as were the sides. The corn muffin was a thumbs down- it was a dry puck that was a one bite and meh for me. The sides were on the steam table being kept warm just off the to the side of the cashier station. As soon as the chicken came out, my meal was scooped up to be served. There was a trickle of to go orders and other diners. The tables aren't overly comfortable- all high tops and stools- and that may be the key to not having people take up space in your establishment.

The food was really good especially the greens. The customer service was great. The only reason I gave them four and not five is because I had to wait an hour for my food. So if you are in a hurry, this wouldn't be the place but if you've got time to go sit down, and wait for your food, it'll be worth it. Yum.
