We've been ordering from Star for years but tonight the food was terrible! The Gyro wrap we ordered was so cold and it hardly had any meat! They also messed up my order and only brought one Gyro order so I called them to complain. They delivered the other one in about 25 minutes. So, we thought ok this one should be better. We were so disappointed again. The Gyro was cold again and had very little meat too. For the amount of money we paid, the food should have been better. Doubt we'll be ordering there again.

We have been extremely pleased with the service and quality of Star pizza . I have been working with Mo the past couple years with large orders for school events...and he always comes through for us. I have never had any negative issues with him and will continue to recommend him to others. Note this is the type of place to pick up your pizza and take with you... not for dining in. He also makes awesome calzones!!

Do yourself a huge favor and DON’T order a pizza from this place! I phone ordered a pizza for delivery and waited two hours for an ice cold pizza. The SOB who runs the place charged my credit card anyway, even after I told him I didn’t want a cold pizza! Just horrible!

HE CHARGED ME $51.57 FOR FOOD THAT CAME TO $34.80 before taxes.Do not order from these crooks. My order 10 chicken wings,$11.95 Caesar salad with chicken $10.95, 1 chocolate cake 6.95 2 cans sprite @1.50 EA and a bottle of water $1.95. Should been like $35 he charged me $51.57 THEN DIDNT BRING THE CHOC CAKE AND NO FORK...And I had to tip the delivery guy on top of that over charge WHICH MOHAMMAD TOLD ORDER INN THAT IT WAS A TIP added not an over charge ....SO MY $35 ORDER OF FOOD COST ME $61 BECAUSE DRIVER SAID HE DOESNT KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT AN OVER CHARGE. HE WORKS FOR TIPS SO I GAVE HIM.$10....ON TOP OF WHAT IM NOW TOLD WAS ADDED TIP.I immediately called order inn when I discovered no cake in the bag no fork..they said the kitchen was closed ORDER INN WOULD have to call back after 4 pm next day. THEY WERE TOLD BY MOHAMMAD THE TIP WAS INCLUDED IN MY CHARGE that it was not an over charge. Then Mohammad lied when I spoke to him about it .MOHAMMAD SAYS I WAS NOT HIS CUSTOMER YET I KNOW HIS NAME BECAUSE I READ HIM MY CREDIT CARD TO ORDER THE FOOD MYSELF...it is on my debit card as this restaurant so how was I not your customer??DO NOT BUY FOOD FROM THESE PEOPLE THEY ARE DISHONEST. WONT REIMBURSE ME FOR THE CAKE I DOD NOT GET. I have records of all my calls at the order inn people they know I called day of food delivery. Mohammad is not honest.Had to eat salad with my fingers ..no fork 10 pm food took hour and 5 mins to get to me. .Salad croutons were mushy, chicken on salad was like previously frozen portions not like fresh grilled chicken at all. My 7 yr old ate the wings no complaints.

Will charge you for a tip and not tell you. Then you double tip. Do not let that happen to you. They make excuses when you catch them. This establishment is not telling the truth and intends to rip you off.Clearly the correct thing to do when you omit something from an order is to reimburse the customer and this establishment will not be honest and do that. Nor admit he added almost $15 extra for the tip and charged for that WITHOUT TELLING YOU HE ADDS THE TIP. THATS NOT ETHICAL BUSINESS PRACTICE IN AMERICA.

This spot has excellent pizza. I got the halal pepperoni and beef pizza and thoroughly enjoyed it. High quality through and through. Looking forward to trying other flavors of pizza soon.Only constructive criticism I have are about the wings. Solid wings but I would prefer them to be more “saucy.”

We didn't get part of our delivery order. When I called the store to tell them, after putting me on hold for several minutes, the woman who answered the phone told me I hadn't been charged for those items. In fact, however, when I checked my debit card statement, I had been charged for all of them. This is the second time we've had this happen at Star Pizza. The quality of the food is also just not what it used to be. The Mediterranean pizza we once loved is now very bland, the garlic rolls are dry and tough, and the salad greens are watery and poorly prepared.
Fernando is the best worker I've ever seen. So nice, extremely personable, and makes the orders easy. Definitely going to keep coming back because of him.

Mohammed (the owner) was so kind to me today when the dry cleaners next door unexpectedly closed early and my family’s Easter clothes were still inside; not a good thing when tomorrow is Easter. He owns the building and was able to let me in to pick my clothes up with the owner of the dry cleaners on the phone. He offered me a free pizza for my trouble and I graciously accepted. The pizza was so very tasty and was a welcome and unexpected treat for my family. We will be patronizing Star Pizza regularly from now on. Thank you Mohammed!!
