The children ate here. The employees are very kind. Engaged in conversation with the little ones. Very clean. They loved the food. I, unfortunately, am on a diet. Just rabbit food for me. I cheated just a little and ate a taco. Yep, planning an escape from the kiddos to sneak a couple more tacos. Anyway, bikini season is still a few months away. Enjoy! There's time to diet in January.

Avoid KFC/Taco Bell combo locations. They are always out of food, the food quality suffers, and the dining rm was dirty. It is hard enough to provide decent food if you concentrate on one line of food. Once you mix chicken with Mexican food, the quality and service is gone. Bad concept.

when i got to the speaker to order the workers where shouting and blowing into the mic, after they stopped it took about five times of me repeating my order for them to understand. when i got to the window to confirm it, it was still wrong. It took some where between 10-15 min to get my food (two crunch wraps combos and some drinks). when i finally got my food the girl working gave me attitude like it was my fault she had to make it. it was cold, not properly wrapped, barely any filling and the filling that was in the wraps was limp, burned and even the tomatoes tasted like fish, the tortilla was stale and they were “out” of half of the menu. i also got nachos; these nachos were all soggy. every single chip. i don’t understand how it took so long for my food if they weren’t even making it fresh. i know it’s taco bell and i am not expecting *amazing* service but this is just a trash hole and i won’t be returning back. i will also warn people about the horrible service and food they have

This restaurant is THE worst. I went through the drive through to purchase some Taco Bell food. I was told that ONLY KFC was open, no Taco Bell. WHY is the Taco Bell restaurant closed on a Saturday at 1pm??? I do not recommend this restaurant and would give it a negative rating if I could do so.

No customer service at all. Might as well shut this location down permanently. There at least needs to be a change in management and staff. Sometimes the location isn't open at all and when it is the lobby isn't open. There are a lot of landscapers, utility trucks, dump trucks and other oversized vehicles in the area that can't go through the drive thru. They should at least have the lobby open to take orders inside. Just close the dining area if you don't want people eating inside.

The store manager Chad is the best. This man works hard as hell and takes pride in his work, you can tell. The food industry can be tough but this guy is such a character, need more managers like this in the world.
The food is good, but be prepared for a very long wait. Not sure why, but the cashier didn't acknowledge me for three minutes after I pulled up to the window. She was right there, doing other things and then finally got to me, didn't say she was sorry for the wait, took my cash, gave me my change and I waited about eight more minutes for my food.

Got a chalupa box, cinnamon twist were stale and tasted like cardboard. Obviously not fresh.update 11/11/19watching someone make your food with no gloves after coming in from smoking, and a rude manager, Tranzina, giving you your return and still charging is no way to keep a regular. i will NOT be returning and its clear to see why that location isnt like it use to and is going downhill.if i could give no stars i would.Update 7/9/23You would think after 3 years things likeMaking food without gloves would be fixed sadly it hasn't I'm starting think it's part of training to not wear them. Today's experience has put the nail in the coffin and I will no longer be a customer. I advise everyone, be cautious eating here
