Celebrating a b'day. Great food, fresh, perfectly prepared and generous servings. Service was efficient and friendly. The only struggle was making a choice. Everything was tempting.

Very disappointing experience compared to past dinners there. Service was not at the usual high level. It came off as very expensive and low value. Over priced for the service given.

Great place. We arrived and were seated promptly. Our server took 9 minutes to arrive but once he did everything was efficient. The food was Melting pot standard menus and was Melting Pot quality. The salad was fresh. The cheese was delicious and full of flavor. The chocolate was rich and delicious. It isn't the cheapest but for a birthday dinner for me and my wife it hit the spot.Kid-friendliness: They just add a little bit to portions for kids meals.

The floor was dirty walking in and our server barely ever even made eye contact. She was rushing us asking if we wanted a box. Never have I been asked if I wanted a box at the melting pot. We weren't done eating yet and were “on track” for the average amount of time to do the 4 courses by how fast we were eating....she was taking a long time in between bringing the next course. I love the food and experience, but the last 3 times we have gone to this location, I did not feel like I was getting the service I deserved for a $125 meal for 2 people. I felt like I was at the Waffle House.

It was the Valentine's Day special with rose petals all scattered on the table. Our server, Anna, was very courteous and sweet to come in on an off day. The kitchen was also helpful in addressing a nut allergy we had. Everything was great! It was the third Melting Pot location I've been to. I definitely will be going to the one in Kennesaw as well.

Waitress was nice and Dessert was good. Unfortunately food is subpar and overpriced( My bill came out to $203 total before tip LOL, also do not get the Cesar salad). The food did not taste $203 good, more like $80 good. I sadly felt like I could have saved a fraction of my money by doing it at home or having it better spent at a nicer restaurant with quality food. The interior of the restaurant is a bit worn as well, walls have chipped paint and seats are chipped as well but nonetheless comfortable. I obviously misunderstood the menu online and should have done more research prior to dining and merely relied on praise from a friend and reviews online. I do think this place is over-hyped and you should spend your money elsewhere. I would recommend only doing the dessert and nothing else.

Totally booked a table for Valentines days. Food was delicious. Except for the random ravioli at the end of the plate. Otherwise really good. There is no presentation to the food or the process. The place felt humid when entering probably because of the steamed dishes. We ordered the sangria, no alcohol and it’s not really a sangria. Doesn’t sit where fruit is dowsed in flavor. The carpet is old and decor is old. The big question!!!!! Was it worth it?!? $300 bucks and I don’t feel the alcohol. I would t do it again. Not even a place to impress the lady. I feel bad I chose this place for V times day.

The dining experience overall is fine. we had decent service, the fondue was alright, the entrees were hit or miss across the board depending on your palette, and the deserts were really good. What made eating here a two star experience was the pricing. When we looked on their website they had displayed a $110 2 person 4 course meal, which while a little bit pricy is reasonable for a ‘higher end’ restaurant with decent ingredients. When we got there however the only menu they had available was the valentines menu which ended up being $240 for a party of two going for the cheapest option they had available. I just think the pricing is super egregious, and left the restaurant feeling scammed. I should have done more research into the menu before going, but $120 a head is absurd for what you get.

Cheese, entree and dessert fondues were delicious. The salad was just ok. The Parmesan pine nuts on the Cesar were a little sweet and odd on the salad. The service was fantastic. *Ask for Hannah, (she did a great job) or Josh who was not our server, but another table's and was also fantastic when we needed a few things. We are excited they are renovating in stages come March, it's time. The blew it out of the water with gluten free options. Thanks so much!Dietary restrictions: Great gluten free options.

We had an awesome time. Our server was funny, friendly and attended us dutifully. The table was set out the rose petals as I requested. We ordered the Valentine Meal Special. Food was fresh and we had a blast cooking, eating, talking, just enjoying each other's company. Desert was so flavorful.

I made a reservation and when I showed up the hostesses was surprised. I was the last guest in the restaurant. The server was great and didn't rush me, however by the time I was finished they had cut all the lights and music in the restaurant off....it was very weird. I will go back but I'll confirm my reservation first.

Wonderful experience. Place was packed which is always a good sign to us especially for a restaurant that has been around for so long. The food was outstanding and the experience was a lot of fun. We paid around $200 plus tip for a 4 course meal for 2, a pitcher of cocktails and a glass of wine. Overall we are very pleased.

This is my wife’s favorite place to eat! I enjoy seeing her happy and the atmosphere always has a good private setting. I’m sober so I’m hesitant at times about higher end restaurants because they like to use alcohol in the cooking process. I realize that it cooks out but for me I would rather a substitute so as to completely eliminate that ingredient. Which they have always done; with a weird look on their face at times; with understanding that this is something important to me. If you’re in the mood to try something different I would recommend you give The Melting Pot a try

The food has never been stellar in the past few times I've gone (all different locations) I don't know if my date wasn't hungry or didn't like the food or he was turned off by the fact he had to cook his food but he didn't eat near as much as me and he's 3x my size. Had the classic cheese, both Ceasars salad, big night out with Coq Au Vin, and Flaming Turtle. Drinks were decent. I had Love Martini, date wasn't as thrilled with his. Love him, but he apparently didn't love The Melting Pot. I'll find something he loves soon, keeping the faith. BUT service was quite good, Ariana - I hope that's the right name - was very sweet and did a great job. I know this because he even commented on how great she was during the drive home.
