Best sushi and massaman curry I've ever had. The desserts and appetizers were all great too. Holy crap I love this place. They also have fresh sushi. You can tell the difference between a place that has fresh fish or not. Absolutely fresh.

I’m very confused how this place has so many good reviews. Seafood udon soup was not good. Broth tasted like soy water and the seafood quality was very poor. I didn’t even finish it and switched to the sushi, which was marginally better. Hardly any scallop in my spicy scallop roll. What it did have was plenty of tempura flakes which were super soggy. Will not be back.

I asked for a lunch special fried rice without egg however she said unless I order the regular size of teriyaki and fried rice. I wanted a lunch special of teriyaki and fried rice.

I really enjoyed paying $45 for half a chicken breast, two peices of broccoli and a shredded carrot. I'm being facetious, but the food is too expensive for what you get. Try Tanaka for better portion sizes and better prices IMO.

While we certainly miss dining-in during COVID restrictions, we have been impressed by how well Vuu is handling take out dining procedures. They package meals perfectly so that everything is preserved temperature-wise for optimal taste and texture. Pick-up once you get to the restaurant is super-easy. Our favorite dishes are pretty much anything off the sushi menu, their soups and the seared tuna salad. All delicious!

During Covid-19, they are only doing curbside and delivery. The food is good, well prepared, and portions are well priced. It's fun to have a meal that samples across all pages of the menu.

We have eaten here a few times and mostly ordered sushi. This time I decided to also try some of their Thai cuisine. The sushi has always been good but nothing outstanding. The seafood tastes fresh but the rolls sometimes fall apart when picked up to eat. On this occasion, I also tried the Tom Kha soup and Massaman curry. For both, you have the option to increase the spice level which is great for those who can't handle spicy foods...aka me. I really enjoyed the curry and thought the flavor was fantastic. But I wish there had been more chicken and less onions. The soup was good but I've had better at other restaurants. Overall, next time we order from the Vuu, we will probably skip the sushi.
This was our second time trying this place. The first time we ordered sushi and it was very underwhelming. This time we got a little of everything - curry, noodles, sushi. The noodles tasted old, and the little corns tasted spoiled. The curry and sushi were borderline ok. I think that will be it for us on this place. Too bad because the staff was nice and it's on the way home from work.
