service is actually AWFUL. took hour and a half for a 7" cheese pizza?? also had to wait because they gave me wrong order and turns out, they never made it! EXTREMELY unapologeti. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE AND SAVE YOUR MONEY. workers are awful and don't have a single thought behind their eyes. manager or whoever he was, speaks in a whisper, has no idea what's going on, doesn't bring food anywhere. some little kids waited 45 MINUTES in line for ONE SCOOP OF GELATO. this place is actually awful.

They need to clean the trash can doors floors the vents above. Food is in the building and we don’t need dust mites in the food. And clean tables help promote customers to come in. Thanks for the amazing food! Make sure to tie your hair back. Loose hair will work against your scores. Men and women.Dietary restrictions: Great options great food. First time there. Waiting 20 minutes for a short line to move verrrrry slowly gave us time to wonder why the counter was full of uncooked pizzas while the hot oven was empty and employees scrambled. More importantly, it gave us time to look up and wonder if what we were seeing was really a ceiling with years and years of caked on grease, dust and spider webs. It was just unbelievable that people would eat in a place with this hanging over their food. It's much worse than the picture shows. We went elsewhere. So if you go, look up. It's disgustingly fascinating

We walked in just as they open for the day. Place was filthy, toppings bar was dirty and food dried out. Floor was a mess, drink station sticky and opened packets laying around everywhere. So gross. Never again ?

I will never revisit this location again. My pizza was fine when I finally got it. The service is horrible. The staff and process is disorganized. I went in the location to place my order and it took over 20 minutes to get my pizza and I had to tell the employee which pizza was mine because no one knew which pizzas went to which customer. The folks building the pizza wouldn't hold on building the pizza, when the oven got backed up. The manager was trying to get pizzas out to customers, but he was completely clueless and didn't know which orders went to whom. The girl running the oven informed the manager that the pizza's were burning because she had no where to put the pizzas. So she just started piling pizzas on top of each other. There were about 7 employees working and no one knew what they were doing. Customers were aggravated and began asking for refunds. Some major training and an expeditor are needed. Next time I'll make to drive to MOD Pizza instead.

What a difference 2 yrs makes... we went in 2021 and it was stellar. Now it's barely 2 stars. Must be new owners... selections are just a fraction of what was offered before, and the pizza was meh. Drinks all changed; and the place was messy / dirty and this was a weekday. Not going back now.

We used to love this place, would go at least once a week. The past two times, it has been mediocre at best. They put on as little toppings as possible. I had a salad and the lettuce was old and frozen, ask for feta and I got about 5 little pieces of it. And, instead of a bowl, it was served in a to go container. And, they are so so so slow!! Did the owner change?? Either way, we will be going to the outlet mall location!!

Go to another location. Terrible service if you eat there. Slow and unapologetic. Maybe delivery is better? Alas, no. 2 hours to get pizza. Grubhub had to stand there for 20-30 minutes to get food. Grubhub driver had to call me about store not having a topping. Not the store, the driver. We'll drive to Woodstock. Better store all the way around.

Gluten Free pizza crust was not cooked thoroughly. Giant let down. Previously this place was spot on. I have eaten here many times in the past. Something is off.

I don’t normally leaves reviews but this place is messed up. I’m not sure if they’re short staffed or what. The owner is here. Everyone here has had their order messed up. I waited inside at least 45 min before I got my pizza… they never provided my beer. Had to stand there and act like I was going to do it myself to get someone to help me.Just wanted to watch the end of the Georgia - Auburn game and have a quick bite to eat. Didn’t get either until after the game was over.I’m not coming back

OUTSTANDING EXPERIENCE!! The restaurant and food quality areremarkable! The manager, Kaushal is awesome! He recommended the cheese sticks to accompany the Greek salad. Delicious! He tended to our every need, went above and beyond. Will definitely refer to friends. Thank you for allowing us to be your guests! See you again very soon!
