They messed up my order with the new queso fries feature and put jalapenos in it but it was very close to midnight and they had only 2 employees working and they made sure they didn't forget anything and were both friendly .. good hot food but the fries were no big deal since it was a new item .
I went through the dive thru after ordering online. So I don't have much to comment on this one, however, they didn't make my order until I got there and checked in at the speaker box, so it was nice and fresh! Wendy's in my opinion has all these other franchise chain fast food restaurants like McDonald's and Burger King beat forever! Food is always very good here, Dining room & restrooms always clean. Fast, friendly service from all employees except the older, heavy set man with gray hair that wears a cap - he's been a little rude on two occasions so now I always hope he's not there when we go. Four stars on service because of him. Everything & everyone else have been great experiences. Favorite Wendy's!
