I feel that Del Sur is one of the best restaurants on this island. Our waiter Kyle was great. Food was fabulous and my husband and I agreed that the key lime pie was the best we've ever had. We will be back.
We were warmly welcomed by Alberto, owner, and his staff. The first night we enjoyed the slow roasted lamb shank served with demi-glace sauce and mashed potatoes..it was luscious! The next night, we just had to go back and experience the grilled salmon with Balsamic glaze. Wonderful, with roasted vegetables perfect. It was a busy Friday night, and our plans at another restaurant fell through, so we decided to try Del Sur. The hostesses were all younger, and when we put our name on the list, we asked them if we could sit at the bar while we waited.
