Hands down... one of my favorite hotels ever. The location is perfect; the atmosphere is amazing; and bar/pub is one beyond cozy! Though, I haven't been to St. Simon's of late... this is the only hotel I will stay at. Hope to get back there soon!

My first time at St Simon's Island.My husband surprised me with a short vacation and picking this hotel and after spending 2 nights I have fallen in love with it. The original decor, the atmosphere, the people, the live music at the pub. Favorite restaurant Del Sur is a block away. the beach, the lighthouse, the shops, Mallery Steet cafe best breakfast place in town, all in walking distance from the hotel. I'll recommend to anyone that needs to disconnect from the city, and from work I ❤️ this place.

Location location location! It’s a treat to be able to stay in a hotel with charm and great service that’s right in the heart of St Simons Island. My husband used a wheelchair and while the accessible room wouldn’t work for everyone it was perfect for us. He never hadn’t to get in the car for the entire trip and that’s a rarity. The pub is standing room only on the nights with live music, but everything settles down by midnight. We will definitely be back!

The room smells completely like mold!!! When we checked in I thought it smelled funny but we kept our balcony door open we booked a king deluxe room # 213. I woke up this morning with a horrible cough and smell after sleeping in here all night ! Don’t stay I. That room!!! ——- the staff was kind and looked into

We stayed here for 2 nights. Very nice room. The only suggestions we have: better Kleenex and instructions on how to use the nespresso machine. The wifi is terrible. Great bedding, nice soft towels. Staff was nice. Breakfast just ok. It's exactly the same everyday. The pub does get busy, but we didn't hear much noise after 9
This place was so neat! Beautiful remodeled rooms with very comfy beds and linens. Everything was very clean. They offered a nice continental breakfast. There was some noise from the live music but it was minimal and to be expected on the weekend. We will definitely be back!

Stayed here Jan 26 and 27, 2024. Carpet leading to bathroom was wet. Staff had a dehumidifier running but we had to empty it constantly. Smell in room was terrible. Reported to front desk on Saturday and they were nonchalant and said they would talk to innkeeper and give a discount. No discount from desk clerk when I checked out. Also Pub was so loud on Fridaynigjt we couldn’t sleep until after 1am. I booked a Deluxe Kimg room and ended up in a decent room, bad smells, and a tiny bathroom.. Never again, book at your own risk! Talked to front desk twice about problems and received no resolution.
