Good value $35 for family with box of food left togo. Chicken strips, cheese balls and fries all very tasty. Pickles could be more sour but the batter is good and overall decent but bland taste. Friendly staff and reasonably fast service on Sunday afternoon. Fun soda machine with lots of choices.
We received our order very quick and everything we ordered was presented. I usually go to CFA, but it was a Sunday so we tried Zaxby’s and I was pleasantly surprised.Kid-friendliness: My kids loved the goldfish graham cracker dessert.

Don't get me wrong, the food is great...when you get what you order. Ordered 3 meals tonight for me and my 2 sons. Not a meal was correct. I ordered 2 signature club sandwiches, which are supposed to come with bacon and cheese on them. There was no hint of bacon or cheese on the sandwiches. Ordered fries that were supposed to have extra seasoning on them (for all three orders of fries) and there was no Zaxby's seasoning on any of them.
