Downloaded the app, went to window to pickup, was told had to come inside, order was suppose to be ready at 745, they completed the order when we walked in. It is 808 and I am still waiting on my order at the counter. Noone in here is handling business as it should be handled. I will never return to this place of business. There are other businesses that appreciate you more. The sign in here says treat every guest like a friend in your home! Oh my, I do not want to be a part of this home.

Saw a big dead cockroack in the bathroom. I passed if off as how the exterminator was probably doing a good job. It was not so easy to pass off its twin very much alive climbing the wall in the kitchen. No one seemed to care either. I won't be back!!!

Chic nuggets were unedible ,, stringy, hard , tastless .they are minature in size ,, thank god.
Staff wasn't friendly, our food wasn't right when I tried to explain to Tammy, she looked at me rolled her eyes and walked off. This happened approximately 2 weeks ago. She's supposed to be a manager, but was very unprofessional. I was there to eat in, but after that experience my son and I just left. This happened this year in 2023.
