Food is typically good, service needs some work.In the drive-through they often hold you at the payment window so it doesn't mess up their timer, but then they don't even communicate with each other for everyone to know someone's waiting for an order, but they are at the payment window because they were told to wait.They hold you at the payment window even if they're not even busy.
This is my favorite "go-to" Wendy's. The food is always good, hot and fresh. More importantly, the fries are always hot.This last visit wasn't as joyful as usual due to the counter person being almost rude. When I would ask a question, the answers were all non-verbal. It was like I was inconveniencing her.

Hot fries! Crisp lettuce on our Dave's Double, gooey melted cheese...a good burger! No wait! Went in, placed order, went to wash hands , and when I returned my hot order was ready! Great staff. Very friendly and helpful! Apologized for making me wait even though I didn't consider it a wait. Will definitely be back!Parking: Very convenient!
