I don’t recommend this place! It’s super dirty, there are boxes in the corners of the restaurant, food looks old, I never saw a French fries so oily and bad looking like this, the oil where they fry looks very old .. even the bread was looking oily. Unfortunately had great experience in another location but the Sandy Springs one ? That’s beyond not good. The attendant was nice.

My son and I would always come to this Cheeseburger Bobby's when he was younger. He came home for the holidays from college. We decided to stop by for old times' sake. The station where the condiments were located was disorganized and looked dirty. I had to keep going to the front to ask for items for the burger. The burger quality went down....I thought it was just me, but when my son told me the food wasn't the same and we don't ever need to come back....I knew I wasn't crazy. The staff was very pleasant and very understanding.

I used to love going to cheeseburger Bobby’s but when I moved to this area and started to going to this location… I stopped loving it so much. The burgers are always so sloppy and fries are never good. Since when was the burgers always double? The cashier corrects me as I’m ordering a single burger so i said go ahead and just make it double. I couldn’t even finish the whole burger. It was just too much and too sloppy. I’m unsure if they change their oil but the fries was disgusting. I wouldn’t recommend. They just lost me as a customer

This was my first time here. I had the Carolina Burger with Onion Rings. I was delicious. The people who worked there were so nice. I didn't know it was a black owned business until I got ready to leave. The ownerand I chatted for a few minutes and I let him know how I liked this restaurant. I have family coming from Chicago for Christmas and this is one place I will be bringing them. I will be coming back soon as well. My new burger joint.

So this was my first time trying out this chain. I'm very glad I did. There was a strong need for breakfast as the morning had escaped me due to a busy schedule but most places were ending breakfast. Upon entry was a strong warm welcome and so happened to be from the owner himself. He was hands on working. I love this when I see it because I know that the parties making decisions are not so far removed from the work being done and therefore will not have the employees in unrealistic working conditions. So big kudos for that. My partner looked the menu and couldn't quite put together what he had a taste for into a single meal so the suggestion came from the gentleman that was perfect. I saw what I wanted with the Smokehouse Burger immediately. The fries are the the fresh cut style and they were not salty. There's a bar with the seasonings and dressings for the burgers and fries so that you are in control of your palate. The burger was perfectly done. I don't like pink and the bacon was crispy. The bun was toasted and not so crunchy that I cut the roof of my mouth which happens every time I get a toasted bun. There are a few more combinations that I want to see about and the chicken tenders someone else had looked good too. Apparently this gentleman has a few locations in different corners of the Atlanta metro and that helps. The huge burger was so filling I didn't get to even inquire about the custard situation but surely when there is a great atmosphere from the service aspect and the food is bomb you can bet your bottom dollar I'll be back.

All I ordered was a simple burger, no cheese, plus fries. The cook clearly put cheese on the burger and then scraped most off. Most, not all. Meat itself was overcooked until completely dry. Toppings bar was very messy but full. Zero plastic silverware available so I had to use my hand to dress the burger. The fries were soggy and limp. Not a trace of crisp. Mushy. All the available tables were dirty, I grabbed the least gross. The only plus was the lady who took my order and then delivered my food to me. She was very nice. If the owner wants details, this was 10/4/22 at 12:47 pm.

i enjoyed my experience! again, as a person who would rather have less options... im getting with the MIYO (make it your own) energy eateries are giving. i got the smokehouse bbq burger + topped my fries with ranch seasoning & added some bobby sauce on the side (not a on everything type of sauce but pretty good while you can endure it if that makes sense lol) would definitely visit again!
This place is absolutely awesome probably my favorite burger place around. They got the burger out super quick. The owner was super nice he seemed straight out of a mom and pop restaurant told us you should never wait 20 minutes on a burger. The milkshakes are awesome too.

Duplicate charge, that can only be fixed by driving back to the location for a refund. I did not create the problem and should not have to fix it. Managers do not return calls (I called over 24 hours starting the day the issue happened). Managers that are on duty do not assist properly. Customer service rude and not helpful. I have decided to not support this business any longer. There is an issue on a regular basis (computers down for weeks at a time, can't earn rewards, can't take cards, can only take Apple Pay, A/C out for weeks at a time). If it's not one thing it's another.

I went this evening for dinner it was a little busy but the manager on duty was amazing very polite and helpful handled the rush very well even though the other workers seemed a bit slow maybe they are new. Food was delicious great portions! I still have half a left over sandwhich and fries and so does my husband.... very satisfied customer food and customer service was great
