Did an online order and they botched it pretty bad. They put the wrong type of fries and sealed my drink up so bad with tape that I had to just throw the lid away. It's not like it's a huge deal but I'm shocked at how the little things couldn't even be done correctly.
It was pouring rain set at the drive-through, waiting to be acknowledged for several minutes after not being acknowledged, and not knowing if the box was working, I pulled to the front to make my order only to discover that he refused to take my order at the window and told me I need to drive around i’ll take my business somewhere else. Thanks.

Location was deserted a little before 9pm. Placed my order in the drive-thru and pulled around. Employee was polite. However the double bacon cheese burger was AWFUL. Meat patties were dry as toast, bacon was rubbery and hard on the edges. I'm not talking about chewy and crisp. The bacon was like rubbery plastic and the edges like cardboard. Making it worse was there was more mayonnaise on that burger than I've seen in a jar of mayo. No other condiments, no ketchup, no mustard, just a ton of mayo... the only good thing was the fries. They were fresh out the fryer. Sadly, the Dr. Pepper was flat and didn't taste much like Dr. Pepper... all that for nearly $15. Hardee's you failed, miserably.I will NEVER go back.
