The server Kareem from the start was not friendly. Never smiled just down to business on this beautiful Sunday morning, the problem,,, after receiving the bill he instructed us to pay on the app. I tried but it wasnāt loading, I got up went to counter to pay. After payment I went back gathered my crew and went outside . Where I was approached by the server. At this point everyone from INSIDE us looking OUTSIDE At us no less, He said YOU DIDNT PAY.. I said I sure didā will you like to check my receipt?? He said follow me inside. Thatās where I received the worst LASHING..I was so embarrassed on a paid bill with the tip included $70 for breakfast.

So, I do a lot of food reviews. And I have been to more than one Ihop, but today, baby, it was not it. My family couldn't sit together. Not a big deal because we were close, but not a big deal. Then, we had cold food on three different plates. They gave us little of what we wanted, like gravy, cheese, and ranch, while putting whipped cream on my pancakes we didn't want. My mom said this was the worse BLT she ever had. My wife never got her coffee and my daughter asked for ranch to go. She just opened it and it tartar sauce.

I went with my family of 8 and we got seating pretty quickly. The server took a bit to greet us but it wasn't too bad. The problem was the server was not very attentive, the order was off, and the food was cold. The server only checked in on us a few times. Granted normally not too much of a problem but with the issues we had with our food it was a bigger problem. The pancakes were so cold the butter wouldn't spread. All and all a less then mediocre experience.

I'd like to pay special attention to Christa B my server and the manager, Tia. There was a question about a transaction and it wasn't realized until I was home. I asked for clarification on something and the answer was quick, what was needed and very helpful. Thanks again for the service this staff. They should be commended for their efforts.
