Customer service at this place is terrible. The people are not friendly. They don't greet you when you come in and the phone manners are no good. Despite this, I waited for the lady who I talked to on the phone to place my order because she was the only one who could check me out only for her to say she didn't put it in yet. At that point I left. It was a complete waste of time.

I ordered through Uber eats & it was the worst food I ever had in ihop. The southwest chicken bowl was the WORST & the French toast was very bad with bad presentation with rotten banana. I felt like they just warmed yesterday’s food & send it to delivery. We are very disappointed with IHOP takeout food. Hash brown didn’t look fresh. I ordered for $60 & it was waste of my time & money.

Picked up an Uber eats order from this restraunt and Jessi assisted me. She was very friendly and had a bubbly personality. Excellent service. If I’m ever in the area again will return and have Jessi as my server!

Walked in to lady cussing about making boxed coffee then was told to have a seat and they would be with us shortly. About 10 minutes later two more people walked in and were seated next to us and the lady got them their drinks and continued to ignore us. We finally got up and left after wasting 30 minutes of our break.
