Solid steakhouse and "fine dining" experience, worthy of bypassing the drive to Buckhead/ midtown. Valet

We love Kaiser's. Always a great experience. We hadn't been in about a year, and was so happy to remember how fantastic the food is, and the menu choices are perfect. Our waiter was attentive, the cocktails were fantastic, and they have a good wine list. We will keep going back.

Kaiser Chophouse was a great find. I was traveling for business and was looking for an upscale location for my wife and me to eat. The food and service was excellent. As we travel to our branch location near there, this will be one of my go to locations for great food and meeting place for business!

My friend and I had the most delicious smoked salmon, potato skins with caviar, fresh artichokes for our appetizers. And then loved the ribeye and filet!!!We especially enjoyed our waiter, Joseph!!! Counting the days until our next visit!

Celebrating a couple of family birthdays this particular evening. Tried several appetizers - crab cakes and the bacon were the top 2 favorites. Mains ranged from the 6oz filet to halibut and everyone enjoyed their meals. All were cooked correctly and served in a timely manner for a very crowded evening. It was loud with mostly corporate diners, but we managed to still converse. Overall a good evening with great food. We will be back! Ps - the raspberry gimlet is like candy in a cup

Top notch, all around. This is my third time dining here and it was just as spectacular as the previous. Joseph, our sever, was attentive and personable with solid suggestions. The food was all delicious with exceptional pricing for the quality — artichoke app, salmon app, climari app, beef carpaccio, lobster salad, Caesar with salmon and sea bass, plus banana bread pudding. Meaning we ate enough to have an opinion. This visit was for a birthday and the guest of honor def felt spoiled. Can't wait to dine again here soon!

Took guests for engagement celebration. Ordered petite filet, medium temp. Steak was tasteless and overcooked. For the price was very disappointed. Other food items were good. Not in hurry to return.

Food was not as good as prior visits. $52 Veal chop had more grizzle and fat then it should have had. Caesar salad over dressed with way to lemony dressing. String beans were stringy.

Overall great experience. I came to celebrate my birthday. The food was good just didn't like that our waiter threw my steak away instead of boxing it with the rest of the food, like I asked him to. Would come back and try something different.

After living 30 years in Chicago with all of their fantastic restaurants, we moved to Roswell, GA. I found Kaiser's for our anniversary dinner celebration. The ambiance was perfect, the service exceptional and the food outstanding. We have continued to dine here and are never disappointed. We have found our local Chophouse!

The good: terrific ingredients, like prime steaks perfectly cooked to the correct temperature. Delicious dessert. The bad: service was not particularly consistent. Steaks and sides were vastly underseasoned and bland. Beef carpaccio appetizer was drowned in a massive and unnecessary layer of cheese. Conclusion: someone is paying to bring great food into the kitchen but they don't quite seem to know exactly what to do with it between there and the table. It would be a perfectly serviceable restaurant at maybe a 40% lower price point, but in the premium steakhouse arena, Atlanta has choices that are absolutely on point every time with every aspect of the food and service, so there's not much reason to accept anything less.

Great server. Salmon appetizer was way too much for two people and we weren't warned. Good taste but Would suggest cutting amount in half with slightly lower price and would be great for restaurant (my two cents). 8 potato skins for two people was just way too much. Steak listed at 6 oz but really felt like 4 almost closer to three ounce medallions some steak houses offer. Great taste but didn't feel I received the value. Mac and cheese was dry with minimal sauce. Get more like macaroni only with breadcrumbs and parm. Would also suggest menu adds go to mock tail or more 0% abv selections as one of us didn't drink but didn't want to fumble with making one up in their head or get a very sweet one from bar. Would suggest expanding 0% abv beer (many more good selections now) and 0% abv wine having a selection or two. Any way, in conclusion a fine enough experience that felt a little too pricy and while waitress was very friendly, nothing about the meal or experience made us add it to a repeat list in the future.

A return visit to a favorite spot for special occasions. Management graciously accommodated our party of 8 and the service and food were great. Appetizers and entrees were well timed and to temperature and paired well with nice wine bottles. Roni took care of us with ease with some platooned help and the manager even made a special drink himself. Kaiser's is a perfect spot for a business dinner or special occasion and will not disappoint. Highly recommend.
