Other people had to ask for waters after they gotten their food. & it seemed to be a common problem that everyone was getting their omurice about20 minutes before people at the same table would get their ramen.The biggest problem I saw was a waitress cleaning off a dirty table with dirty napkins and dishes with the same tray they bring the ramen out on (literally with labels that say ramen 1, 2, 3…). Also the cook drinking out of a personal water bottle with his gloves on and then not changing his gloves…Not worth going again for the good food, I won’t be back to this location.

Not sure if they were having an off night due to a large table however it took 15 minutes from the time we sat down to be acknowledged to order (no drink order placed or water was given in the time until then). Once order was placed it took 20 minutes for omurice (which is ok) but took an additional 15 minutes for ramen, and 10 additional minutes to pay.All in all food was great, service was slow and disappointing. Arrived at 7:55 and left at 9:05 for ramen, omurice and takoyaki.

Stunning atmosphere! The architecture and honey comb booth shapes and design is so fun and unique! Felt like we were in little Japan! Came here for the first time on a girls day out and we absolutely love it! We were welcomed and greeted so kindly by our server (didn’t get her name but she was the best!) The vegetable miso ramen was so flavorful and delicious!! ? As well as the chicken ramen! The broths were so creamy and rich in flavors. We also ordered matcha drinks from Tbaar and we loved that they were delivered by a robot! Everything was so flavorful and delicious and picture worthy! Had an amazing time and will most definitely come again!Parking: Plenty of free parking!

Restaurant staff is very friendly, informative, and suggested delicious dishes! I sat in the "honeycomb" seating area which is too cute! The restaurant itself and bathroom was very clean too. My spouse and I got pork baos (small spicy but Soo good), takoyaki, okonomiyaki for the appetizers. I got the tonkatsu curry ramen, my spouse got the Kyushu Tonkotsu Shio ramen for our main and the Japanese cherry blossom jelly (subtle and refreshing), and matcha pudding for dessert. Mango lemonade and strawberry lemonade for our drinks, highly recommend! Fruit is fresh and drinks were delicious too! Would definitely recommend to give them a try!

Quite literally the WORST ramen I've ever had. I'm offended they would even serve this as food.Not authentic at all, which usually isn't that big of an issue for me, but the flavor is so bland, the soup was lukewarm at best, and the dessert is just matcha colored flavorless pudding with literal 2% MILK to pour over, not even heavy cream... like what?The servers were never at my table until they brought food. Bold of them to call this a full service restaurant and ask for tips. I'm a waitress and I know the industry sucks, but I had a hard time sympathizing with these servers, I'm sorry.Cute place for photos, but the food is not for human consumption or enjoyment. I would never recommend this place to anybody.
