Stopped in for lunch with my mom and grandmother, the food was delicious, and even though we came a peak lunch time our server Tyler did a wonderful job! A few other servers stopped by so the team work was apparent and nice to see! Tyler came by for some nice conversation towards the end of our meal, and he was definitely a delight to have as a server.

As a franchise, I realize this review doesn’t hold much ground, but I hope it isn’t entirely overlooked to my point that it is at least pertinent and thus it be at least acknowledged.Disappointed in the atmosphere of this establishment. I have nothing poor to say about the quality of food, however the blatant disregard for the human experience is astounding. While ordering drinks not only was my partner ID’d (fine, she’s 28 but i get it), she was interrogated over her out of state license’s legitimacy. Questions regarding her address listed, in which she said was many addresses old but was able to recall as well as her NAME. When finally deemed fit for ordering a beer the server left the table. After receiving the beer and the fries we consequently ordered after, our server asked if we had questions. He then referred to my partner as “sir.” While I debated over holding my tongue for a good 20 seconds I ultimately resolved to making him aware of the fact that not only did he scan and rescan my partner’s ID and interrogate her over it, he asked her HER NAME. Obviously embarrassed over this he apologized profusely and took the first opportunity to remove himself from the situation. All but 5 minutes later we overheard him asking another server to take our table, thus resulting in him doing everything he could to ignore our presence and avoid eye contact. Ultimately we decided to close out and go elsewhere. I want to begin by saying that I understand that serving is challenging and exhausting, on top of which you are held under a microscope that is constantly evaluating your performance. Nevertheless, it disappoints me knowing that, regardless of expectations, the staff or management was unable to acknowledge any ounce of wrongdoing and admit they were wrong. I hope that one day this establishment is able to uncover some sense of accountability and respect for others. Until then I will not be going back. Take responsibility for your actions, respect others and for the love of god pay attention.

Food took over an hour to get to us. When it did the patty on the 2 burgers we ordered were somehow both slimy, and mushy.When the manager came over, she stood there looking at us with hostility and condescension as if we somehow had planned to get free food, DESPITE us not having touched the burgers other than 1 bite. Mind you this was over an hour of waiting!! She told us it was fine and that we could leave, but we paid for the drinks we ordered if only to make a point. It was only then that her attitude became better. As if that wasn't enough the customer service was awful. Our server was alright, however the busboy sprayed cleaning solution all over me when we first sat down and acted as if being asked to wipe down the sticky table we were seated at was somehow beneath him!!. No manager was present to handle that situation. Honestly this place used to be good but now I will be sure to never come back and will also be letting my friends know about the horrendous experience we had.To clarify, we were sat at 7:30 pm , our food came at 8:45, and we were treated incredibly rudely. Never ever ever again. Horrible place.

I called to place a to go order a few minutes ago and the first person got mad because I had a simple question about if they had a menu item and put me on hold for someone else with a nasty attitude. The next person picked it up and had the same nasty attitude as if a customer calling to place an order or has a simple question is a bother. That's just fine. Your business will go under when customers are addressed with that attitude. I tried to cancel the order and was placed on hold. Lol. Okay I'll just hang up. Management needs to get a handle or you'll be closing your doors. Life is too short to deal with bad customer service. DO NOT PATRON THIS RESTAURANT UNTIL CORPORATE CLEANS HOUSE!!

I have dined at Marlows for the last 5 or 6 years. As time passes I like Marlows less and less. I went the other night with my family. The menu had really been reduced..I think there were only 5 or 6 entree options available. As a restaurantuer I understand some changes like this had to be made as Covid has taken its toll on the industry. I ordered a grilled chicken entree and when it came out it had grill marks and everything but was room temperature. It had clearly been cooked at some point earlier and then someone just poorly reheated the chicken when I placed my order. For $17 I expect my entree to be cooked fresh to order, not a piece of chicken that is grilled off before the shift and the reheated to order. Very disappointing for a John Metz restaurant. I work too hard to for money to ever spend it at Marlows again.

I have been a long time patron of Marlow’s Tavern. Supporting their business in several locations. The food is not in question, neither was the waitress. We gave her a large tip.

Can never complain with a Marlow's Tavern burger. Anytime I can indulge in the bison burger, it's a win win for me. Also a decent place to watch any game or sports event you could think of. I'll come here for many more afternoon burgers in the future.

We love the service and the vibe here. Tastyn always makes sure we have a great time! However, the limited menu is prone to changing and does not offer a great variety. The food is a bit pricey for what you get, but the ambiance is really enjoyable and the outdoor screened in patio is a lovely way to dine out.

I’ve been here a few times, and it’s honestly mediocre. The service has always been great (shoutout to my friend Tastyn!) but food is just okay. Not super fantastic, and honestly pretty expensive for what you get. They have a pretty limited menu and drinks aren’t strong. They do have a nice atmosphere, I’ll give them that.

We have never had a bad meal or service. Everyone is do accommodating and the food is amazing. My husband says try the old fashions. I say try the shrimp and grits.

DELICIOUSNESS! Datian was my server for thr evening and she had such a great disposition and infectious laugh. The managers were also delightful and founf me a seat (party of 1) in the bar area but not squished in the bar - that made me happy!I had what I think was the biggest chicken breast panini with mozzarella, arugula, tomato & an aioli sauce I've ever had. It was big and juicy, so I cut it up. I added the Truffle Oil Fries in place of the regular tavern fries for an extra $1.50 and it was such a good choice. They were tasty & plentiful. I thought I would take some home but instead I ate them all!! The house made pickle was tasty, light and refreshing! I will return!

Do not order the Mimosa it comes in an a glass full of ice with more orange juice than champagne. The firecracker shrimp came out soggy. The bartender “blonde hair sides shaved” had an unfriendly vibe that was a turn off after requesting a mimosa with no ice and receiving something a little larger than a shot glass for a drink.
