When will I PHUCKING LEARN?! Asked for a filet fish with tarter sauce on the side. I got tarter sauce on the side but why the filet fish have special sauce on it? And to top it off, the cashier asked me if I wanted my change of < 0.42 > which I said keep it. This place is really SOS ( STUCK ON STUPID) Seriously, you are a special kind of stupid. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!!

This McDonald's will provide you with hot, fresh food, but they will serve it to you with a bad attitude. Their service will make you lose your appetite! I ordered online, and I made a mistake on my order, so I asked them if they would be able to assist me and modify the order on their end. They said they were not able to do that, which I know is a lie because other locations have helped fix my mobile order on two other occasions at two different locations. They were just too lazy to do it. I placed my order at 9:37. There were not even many customers in the store, but it still took them all the way till 9:51 to serve us our order. I then noticed that they did not give me my two strawberries pies. The first time I asked the older woman at the counter about them, she said they weren't ready, so I asked how long it would take until they were, and she said 12 minutes. I got upset because I had placed my mobile order over 12 minutes ago meaning they had enough time to make them and they were trying to simply leave the fact that the pies were not being served to me with the rest of my order on the low and not say anything about it. At least they could have acknowledged it and apologized about the wait instead of waiting to see if we noticed. I asked to speak to the manager after about 5 minutes, who told me the pies would still take 12 minutes after I explained. I just need my pies asap because I have an appointment. Then, we ate our food for about 7 minutes or so, and I went to ask for the pies again. They said 12 minutes again. All together, I waited 36 minutes for my pies and ended up having to leave without them because they weren't ready by the time I had to go. We had to go back and ask for them again, which they did honor that, but they still provided terrible service. Especially the older woman working the front counter. She kept rolling her eyes at me and giving attitude about me asking for the food that I paid for. This location lacks management and needs to work on improving guest experience because they really are doing a terrible job. I do not recommend it.

The black female working at McDonalds rude and disrespectful. I ordered a happy meal on my app the food to be delivered at my table 107. My second order was small latte via app to be delivered to table 107. I didn’t get my latte I go and ask she loudly says she didn’t see a latte order and I have to wait my reply I have been waiting. I asked her did I say something wrong to her twice she ignored me and then hollered have a nice day I told she didn’t mean it so why say have a nice day unkind for no reason at all. Male employee was taking my order outside the McDonalds per the instructions of the rude unprofessional black female McDonald employee

It's McDonald's. Everyone and they momma's, momma, momma know the menu. Why do they still get the order wrong. They do the same job over and over and over again......yet the order is always missing something. No ketchup for the fries.....no fork or knife for the hotcakes, no straw for the drink, or just the wrong order all together. Uhg!!!!

The guy working the drive thru couldn't understand nothing I was saying. He was just completely ignoring my question. One good thing is that the woman working the front register was very good at multi tasking she was running circles around that guy working drive thru. At the end my food did get cold from waiting on a conidenments so I had to eat my food later on. When I got a chance to heat the food up. I won't be back to this location.

That McDonald's on Riverdale rd never give you fresh burgers I stopped going there for that reason HOW YOU ORDER YOU BURGERS ON THE WINDOW DRIVE PAY AND PICK IT UP AND THE BURGER IS COLD LIKE IT HAD BEEN SITTING THERE FOR HOURSDISGUSTING!!!!!!!!

The place and people who work there are really slow even if you come early in the morning order about 12 items (biscuit hot breakfast burrito and sauce mcmuffin including hashbrown )and took about 30-40 minute's it's better best to save your money and eat somewhere else
