“Came here on a date with my sweetie and the ambience is delightful. We arrived almost right at the time they opened, which was a good thing because they filled up FAST! I highly recommend getting a reservation. We had the sweetest server who was attentive. And then the food came out. Oh my! We started with the cabbage wraps - I think I could just sit and eat those!! And then the salad came out, which was fresh and tasty. Then we had the main entrees- their steak is truly amazing, well flavored and oh, so well seasoned. We could tell that they definitely cook everything from scratch. Honestly, the best Persian food I've ever had.“
“Some of the most delicious food (and Persian food is my favorite!!) I’ve had in months. Amazing quick service, huge portions, and an adorable vibe that makes your feel like you’re in someone’s home in the best wayDietary restrictions: I’m vegan and I had tons of things to eat!!“
“It was my first time there & it was also my wife's birthday dinner! Alec was our waiter & he was outstanding explaining everything on the menu & the culture. His customer service was amazing! We will definitely return & recommend to our friends & family!! FYI The food was " Banging " aka Delicious!!“
“Rumi's in Midtown offers the perfect blend of upscale ambiance and cozy comforts, making it ideal for both dressy date nights and relaxed movie nights at home. The Lamb Lahmacun is a standout choice for takeout, while dining in presents the opportunity to savor the unparalleled sea bass, making it a must-visit spot in Atlanta.Midtown, Atlanta and Avalon, Alpharetta are my favorite of the locations in Georgia.“
“First time I’ve ever had Persian food and it was delicious! The atmosphere is lovely-upscale, very busy and tables close but the sound is never intrusive and you can talk without shouting. What a feat! Staff are wonderful and so helpful! Thank you for such a wonderful experience tonight! !“
“Matheus was THE best server. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and attentive. The food was all delicious. Our group will all definitely be back to eat here again.Vegetarian options: The vegetarian app selection was amazing and the vegetable kebabs were delicious“
“Returned to Chelo on Easter & had our first look at their new brunch menu. We were very happy that all rice options were available to order since the wraps came with fries - & they were very good fries too. There are entrees as well that fill out the abbreviated menu & include a side of eggs. My salmon-potato patty was delicious. Chicken wrap & Salmon wrap looked good with the fish getting two thumbs up & friend's chicken wrap was made better by an addition of harissa that was requested as a side add on condiment that we had to ask for a number of times before it was delivered- no biggie, but when delicious desserts came well before our requested coffees, we wondered, what was up with that. We eventually determined that the coffee service is something that is handled by only certain employees so that is probably why there was a wait. Chelo has a nice little deck out back for al fresco dining & the inside ambience is as nice during the day as it is at night.“
“Maximos is wonderful! I've been a customer for nearly 20 years and have never been disappointed with my food or my service. Daniel and extended family are accommodating and polite each and every visit. I feel lucky to have stumbled upon this place. Food is consistently delicious and consistently great! As long as Maximo's is open, it will remain in my rotation! Thank you Maximo's! Keep doing what you've been doing for nearly 25 years!“
“Came in for lunch, it was pretty quite for a place that has such great food. I order their ground Beef Koubideh of there lunch menu and Aush-e-joe soup. The Koubideh was soft, juicy, and very well seasoned. Have a great meaty taste complemented by the citrusy Sumac; very impressed. The soup was alright, very hearty but I feel like something was missing, couldn’t tell what it is. Would definitely come back for lunch only.“
“Had the Sufi s special eggplant dip which was ok , the Borg kabab was better than their koobideh, was surprised that it was too watery/ juicy from the vegetables inside it which made it feel as not well cooked , the rice was good , kabab doesn't come with any sauces , ordering a sauce I was charged for the yogurt dip and hot sauce both were ok.“
“This is our favorite lunch spot and the food is exceptional. Why there aren’t more people here is crazy. Go for the kabobs not the gyros. The food is made to order so be appropriately patient! Not a fan of the hummus here but once you have a kabob and their rice, you will be back many times!“
“I found this gem back in 2012 when they were at a different location. I thought we lost them due to the covid shut downs hurting so many small businesses. Thankfully, I see now it's just a location change! The food here is so amazing, and I've missed them so much! I will definitely be seeing yall soon with a few friends accompanying me!“
