Soooo good! I got the sandwich and it was very good taste wise and portion size. The food came out very quick after ordering. My partner got the tenders which were also really good and huge. Fries were tasty as well. I would definitely return.

The chicken filet sandwich is XXL and juicy. The degree of hot sauce pain is yours to control. Always a favorite!

First time I went there was a couple years ago and it was amazing. Went again, it's good but not as amazing as it was back then. However, staff is super friendly and food is still somewhat tasty

This place used to be really good, but its been on a steady downhill slide for some time. The staff is the biggest issue. They never have enough people, and the people who are there don't seem to know what they are supposed to be doing, or are so bored they don't care. Today we went in and there was only one employee working, and he was sitting at a dining table on his phone. This wouldn't normally be a problem, if you don't have customers or any prep work to do, I have no problem with you taking a break. But there was prep work to do. The unsweet tea container was full of water, because nobody had made tea. There weren't any straws out. And then it took forever to get the food because he had to go get the kitchen up and running again all by himself. We were the only people there and it took over 20 minutes from placing order to getting food. And this is not intended as a sit down restaurant. If it was, they would actually have places to sit down. Also, having someone working alone is super dangerous. You need more than one person. What if he was injured in the kitchen and couldn't call for help?Add on to that that the place has gotten grimy. The floors are either sticky or slippery with grease, depending where you step. The tables are also sticky and grimy. The trash cans are always full. Today they were out of tots, and they made a completely different kind of fry than usual.I keep coming back because I remember how good it used to be, and I keep hoping it will be like that again. Today's food was fine, but it used to be exceptional. But I think I'm going to have to stop recommending this place to anyone. Its just not worth it, especially after they raised their prices by almost $5 for a sandwich meal since they opened.

The chicken is fine, a little greasy but it's fast food. The fries were good. The set up is a little odd because you self order at a kiosk. When I went there was only one guy working and he was doing his best but it took a while to get the food considering I was the only one there. I think maybe they get a lot of online orders so I'd probably recommend doing that. Also parking is limited so be aware. The space was clean and there's some seats but I would j take to go.

I previously reviewed the Scoville in Buckhead (and my photos of one of the sandwiches have been the most popular I've ever posted) but I went by this store last week. Sadly disappointing, literally nothing was prepared properly. One of the great things about this chain is that every order is prepared to order, so there's really no excuse to get something incorrectly or improperly prepared. If the chicken breast was marinated, you couldn't tell as it was semi-tough. I ordered #3 heat level, it tasted like #2 or even #1 (I've eaten at the other location maybe a dozen times so I know my heat levels). The fries, which have always been crispy and well seasoned, were underdone and almost devoid of seasoning. Lastly, the Stubborn Soda machine didn't even have all the flavors -- no lowsugar cola, so this location had added full-sugar Pepsi and Dr Pepper for some reason. If I hadn't been in a bit of a hurry, I would have turned it all back in and requested them to redo it. Maybe I'll just have to stick with the Buckhead location, hopefully they're on top of things better.
