I remembered the smoothies were best here. Was hoping to enjoy that experience again, but they were closed. At least 25 other cars were hoping for a great smoothie and were disappointed as well. I have them on my schedule for tomorrow. Only place in the area where everyone can have their choice. Always fresh and great variety.

Everytime I come here there’s an African American woman with braids who works in the morning and is just VERY rude and seems VERY unhappy to work here. Yesterday morning when I came, I just thought maybe she was having a bad morning but everytime I come here and she’s here she never seems to care about providing professional customer service. I placed my order at 8:25am with a pickup for @8:45 this morning on 3/15/24. My order wasn’t ready when I got there at 8:50a. I was not greeted coming in and was ignored when asking about my order. She only had two cars in drive thru. When she finally got both cars from drive thru she then approached me and told me my order wasn’t ready and she’s the only one who works in the mornings getting drive thru, walk in and online orders indicating that it wouldn’t ever be ready because of her stressful workload and that it was “busy”. I asked for a refund and she told me “either you can wait for me to make your order or you can get a refund.” I proceeded to say I would rather a refund. She gave me a paper and walked away, I then had to ask her when would I be receiving my refund and she told me “ you would receive it SOMETIME today”. However, if any of this verbalized in a RESPECTABLE manner she would’ve been easier to understand. I love getting my smoothies from here but it has been such a headache getting my smoothies from this location with the attitude this worker has.

I don’t know why I give businesses I’ve had bad experiences with and that have bad reviews second chances. I just ordered two medium strawberry hulks, no weight gain, vanilla protein. Simple right? I should’ve knew when I had to repeat my order multiple times, that this was a bad idea. I worked at smoothie king many moons ago. We were way more busier than this location pumping out orders in 2 1/2- 3 minutes. So the wait time is beyond me and ridiculous. After waiting at the window, the guy finally takes my payment and asks to pull to the front and he’ll bring it out. Waited another 10-15 min. I was the only one in the line at the time. Of course cars kept rolling up after that. There’s no telling how long they would have to wait. I sent my daughter in for a refund, to my dismay, she was told there’s no manager there and they can’t do it. So everyone is forced to wait an insane amount of time for these mediocre smoothies. I was so annoyed. I made it home and I’m still annoyed that this smoothie is disgusting and doesn’t taste like a strawberry or a hulk. Waste of money. I’ll inconvenience myself from now on and go to the location up Roswell Rd.

They decided to close 2 hours early with no explanation. At first they started to take my order at the drive through and then rudely told me they were closed as if it was an arbitrary choice. I kid you not. The conversation wasEmployee : “hi, will you be using your rewards card? “Me: “no, thank you”Another employee interrupts: “did you already place your order?”Me : “no”Employee : “We’re closed”

We have been going to this Smoothie King for many years and have to say that the ownership/crew here lately has been fantastic. Dwayne is very friendly and competent. He cares about his operation and works hard to get orders out fast. The smoothies are consistent in preparation. The others, whose names I do not know, are also good and helpful.

Siadu and Dwayne are amazing! They have excellent customer service and always have a smile when I pull up to the drive thru window. I am truly a regular customer because of those two gentlemen. Give them a raise!!!....I'm sure they won't disappoint.

Always have a great experience when I come to this location! I have a hard time sometimes picking my order and they was so helpful and took time to advise and educate me on some on products used . Dewayne was my server and he offered amazing customer service. I always make this my stop when I'm in the area!
